Global warning cannot be refuted. We can only argue the level of impact humans have. Even if you could prove it is minimal, no one can argue that the particulates from burning fossil fuel are safe to breath. Dems exploit fear for money, Only Vegans on bicycles genuinely care about the environment.

 

my experience is that the left is kind of funny about this stuff. When it comes to Climate, they only go w/ approved peer reviewed publications. If it's an anti-agenda publication then it's not approved and it doesn't count, so this way the can say that 100% of the publications are pro-agenda. This method also excuses any scientific analysis from anyone else --further supporting the agenda.

Of course global warming CAN be refuted, just 4.5 billion years ago the entire earth was MUCH hotter than it is today. In fact, the entire surface of the earth was melted rock.

but even vegans can cause more emissions than the average human in other ways, if they live in a mansion, or fly in a private jet, like so many democrat politicians do. or sign laws that help cut down forests.

I'm guessing he was strongly suggested to do so. I'm guessing that most of his colleagues weren't to happy with him, that he didn't blindly follow the liberal socialist left wing agenda.

I suggest that we frame the conversation this way. The global climate naturally rebounds after periods of cold, ie the little ice age. Which was a global event, clearly. So, naturally, as temperatures rebound ice recedes, etc. As you note, the challenge then, given the natural propensity of temperature moderation, is what, if any, impact does human enterprise do to it.

So, the real problem is that folks conflate CO2 with particulates, which they are not. Which is the byproduct we worry about most, because it's the least offensive of the possible candidates, and what is left that isn't water(H2O) as an outcome of vehicular mobility and freedom..

I doubt vegans actually care at all about the actual environment, just their ability to virtue signal.

 

My Uncle, whom I lived with for 12 years, has a bachelors degree in Physics. He worked at NASA back in the 80's.
He knows how fake Global Warming is.

What the democrat media will tell their viewers are things like, how so many ice caps are melting. What they won't admit, is how many of them can or will reform.

The basic premise of AGW is that absent human intervention, climate wouldn't change. it's one of the most ridiculous stances of "science" ever in the history of man. To expect that no change could ever occur, or that only the change some dubious thumb sucker wants to define would be acceptable is insane actually. These are the facts.

Climate has changed. Climate is changing. Climate will continue to change in the future. It does this because our natural environment allows for it. Believing that you have a voice in whether it changes or not is an admission of great hubris, selfishness, and arrogance.

 

Methane is 25 times worse than CO2 when it comes to trapping heat. I live in the liberals petri dish and I son't see any genuine concern for the environment. Buses and trains run empty while they commute in their single occupancy vehicles and stop for some drive thru on the way.
