Trump proposes 18-point contract with America

…Now, in a video signaling his priorities if he were to run in 2024, former President Trump addresses 18 issues he contends have been botched by his successor, reports the Washington Examiner's Paul Bedard.

Taken from rallies, Trump opens with "We are a nation in decline." And he concludes with declaring it's "time to start talking about greatness for our country again."

Trump touches on the failing economy, the gas crisis, Biden's abandonment of Afghanistan, "fake news" and the all-the-more-relevant charged that the Justice Department has been "weaponized" against him.

"We are a nation that in many ways has become a joke," said Trump.

He ran on campaign theme in 2016 of "Make America Great Again," followed by a 2020 theme of "Keep America Great." And lately, Bedard notes, he's been touting a "Save America" theme.

The video concludes with, "Soon, we will have greatness again."

"It was hardworking patriots like you who built this country. And it is hardworking patriots like you who are going to save our country," he says. "There is no mountain that we cannot climb, there is no summit we cannot reach. There is no challenge we cannot beat. There is no victory we cannot have. We will not bend, we will not break. It is very good that Trump is doing this. It’s a great plan and an awesome set of priorities and goals for a new administration. I hope that this means that Trump will run again in 2024.

 

So...what was the 18 point plan?

 

I only saw the campaign ad and no video on what the 18 points actually are. Not from WND and not from the Washington Examner. Just the talk of the 18 point plan which like just the talk of getting that dream car/house of yours.

 

Trump will make that up later after you vote for him.

It would seem that the reporter watched the video and counted 18 points that Trump mentioned that he was going to run on.

 

I wonder if it involves building a wall that Mexico pays for. Or fixing health care, which is supposedly very easy. Or getting 4% GDP growth, or even more. Or making everyone win so they get tired of winning. Or self-funding is campaign. Or a tax return that fits on the back of a postcard. And the list of silly 2016 campaign promises that everyone knew were BS continues.

 

Trump will make things better for America and we the people, particularly the working and middle class than they are now.

The first line of the contract stipulates eternally recurring donations.

It is Biden who is the Nigerian prince here. As to Trump, I haven’t sent him any political contributions since the end of December of 2020.

Appears those bashing the plan didn't watch the video to hear the 18 points. I don't want him a president again but he is better than Biden when it comes down to lesser of two evils as far as actually policy. If only he would shut the heck up and do the job with mouth closed.

Trump isn't planning on enacting something called the Affordable Healthcare Act that makes healthcare and insurance more expensive and less affordable.

Trump isn't planning to open up our borders to an invasion by the entire world.

Trump isn't planning on putting men in girl's bathrooms.

Trump isn't planning on going to war with big oil.

Trump isn't planning on fighting inflation by spending billions of dollars that only taxpayers can provide.

Trump isn't planning on defunding the police and letting crime go insane.

Trump isn't planning on putting white farmers in the back of the bus.

Trump isn't planning to have white elementary school kids told they're racists.

Trump isn't planning to start WWIII with China by poking them in the eye with a stick.

Trump isn't planning to give Iran the ability to make nukes.

Trump isn't planning to put America last.

You're right. I almost never watch videos posted to this forum because the few times I've been suckered in they never answered the alleged question of the day. So if there are actually 18 points, they would be written somewhere. So right now, I'm a skeptic they exist.

Maybe the fictional Democrats that internet comment sections rage against. Me, I am glad when anyone is able to better their situations.
