    you can assume i voted against trump.

    my state's electoral votes are going to the repub no matter how i vote, so i may have voted for the green to help them maintain their ballot status.

    I do not see anything from that source that suggests a POTUS has anything less than total authority over classified material.

    as a "deep stater", comey may have thought that trump would be more amenable (or extortable) to fbi shenanigans. trump did solve that problem, but wray may be as bad.

    Latest news:
    Trump has agreed this morning to the unsealing of the warrant. The motions (Albany Times', Judicial Watch's, DoJ's, that of a group of News organizations, possibly others..) will now be examined by a court that is expected to make a decision by Monday at the latest.

    A single document, among 15 boxes of documents suspiciously suggests an inside planting. You have to wonder who had access to the documents in order to rifle through them to find that specific one and then inform the FBI about it.

    Judicial Watch (at least) filed a motion for the supporting documents related to the warrant also be unsealed (something the DOJ did not). The Judge could easily dismiss their motion which would then require an appeal.

    Reports have stated there was a FBI mole inside Trump's inner circle tipping off the FBI. If the information about a classified "nuclear" document being on the premises is true then the tipster had unfettered access to the 15 boxes of documents behind the locked room or he planted the document somewhere else. You don't think LE is capable of planting evidence? It's been done numerous times. Just Google it.

    You made that up, or your source made that up. I didn't see Judge Reinhart, nor saw copy of that alleged order. Anyway such order would be void as only another court can decide to unseal a warrant that was sealed by a court.

    But you know all that; I already told you several times, but you keep playing.

    I am relying on the family and lawyers who were there and the videos that were shown. Yes it was a pre-dawn raid for documents they could have merely issued a subpoena or called Trump and asked to come over and they would have been given full access as they had before. And since Clinton bleached her data and destroyed it with a hammer and nothing happened and Sandy Berger went to the National Archives and stuffed documents down his pants and into his socks and walked out with them and when caught was given a misdeameanor probation and even got his security clearance back what do you expect to happen here even if and that is a big IF it is shown he purposely violated the law?

    Where the Archives had full access and the docs were being stored just as they and the FBI had requested, they had been fully cooperative with the review of the docs already having returned 15 boxes. Then all of a sudden the nuclear option.............WHY?
