I have not seen the release yet of the document, just the "sometime today" in all the news outlets, from both sides of the aisle.

Unless you have the link of the exact release of the search warrant, I will wait for the document to download online. Furthermore, this is a big deal, a major big deal. Trump, as president, had this sort of clearance, which means he has been fully briefed on what to do and what not to do with these documents. That is a major foul-up on his part. Second, these documents are in the exempt category from automatic declassification, and there are precise rules and regulations, laid out in EO 13526, on when these can be declassified. That is usually 25 years or longer. Thus, it is reasonable to assume that these are not some old papers that he happens to come across, but more than likely during his presidency. And that begs the question. why have these documents in his home in the first place?

The Trump legal team has until 3 pm, EST, to respond to the document release. So any document dump online will not happen until after then. But early reports tend to be based on which leaning you are looking at.

TSSCI means, quite literally, Top secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information. This is one of the highest, and I do mean highest, classification information a document can get. For instance, this is what was used during the Manhattan Project, among others. This is probably the "nuclear material" that other news reports were reporting he allegedly has.

You are accusing the FBI and the judge without waiting for their day in court. Meanwhile, he still had the documents even after they had been requested and subpoenaed. He doesn't even deny this. I'm sorry you think that objective reality is "kangaroo" just because it is inconvenient for the Dear Leader, but the facts don't care about your feelings.

He can't, there is a 25 year statute in which would bar from declassifying these documents. TSSCI is one of the highest top security clearances a person can get. It is not easy in any agency to get thhis. People who have this sort of thing work for the NSA, CIA, DOE nuclear programs, DoD, any intelligence agency within the government, and so forth. And yes, the President has this clearance, so does the VP and a few other top-level officials. But to have these in his home at Mar a Lago is a bad omen for the GOP. It pretty much means that the search was justified, period.

And Trump delivered the documents. He delivered 15 boxes the NARA in February. All they had to do was ask.

I don't have a lot of faith in the anti-Trump magistrate who just might not have bothered to get or care about the facts where Trump was handing over docs via a June subpoena.

They did. Trump resisted for over a year. Even then he didn't fully comply. Not with the "ask," and not with the subpoena.
