DOJ opposes making public details in Mar-a-Lago search warrant's probable cause affidavit

Some people think everything has to be posted in social media and if its not, then they think its a conspiracy. Sad.

Rest of us understand somethings need to be kept from the public until the investigation is done.

 

Well at least one is being transparent. At some point soon this AG needs to tell us the major crime that is being investigated on a FORMER PRESIDENT that resulted in a raid on his home something that's never been done in history. Every American deserves not to be bullied by the government and every day that goes by makes it look more and more political. One thing for sure, Garland is losing the public battle because of his refusal to follow through with his promise of transparency. Things we're finding out are pretty scary. This DOJ had informants inside a political opponent's detail, wow. If this doesn't result in something major Merrick Garland will be looked upon as a traitor to American values.

 

Trump? Probably not. His supporters? That's a different story.

Search warrants and especially the affidavits that may reveal the source of the info will remain sealed when it necessary to protect the source. Usually they will be revealed at a trial.

They have already released more information that is normal for an ongoing investigation.

Trump already knows who the "snitches" are. They are the same guys who were at the resort back in June who removed several files and then requested Trump lock the door. A request to place a lock on the door would not have been necessary if there were no files labeled classified.
