No claiming they were the classified as problematic for the prosecution. There are no established rules and procedures of how sensitive documents are declassified if there were you would post them.

All the president has to do is talk to somebody about them without clearance and bang just like that there declassified.

The executive is not bound by you whatever government filing system you've made up. He is the highest official in the executive branch so he gets to set the rules.
