    Any lawyer will tell you there's no guarantee that he/she can win your case. But they can tell you it's "likely" they can based on similar cases. So, any (alledged) lawyer claiming these two lawyers are full of bs is actually full of bs, himself. I would bet the claim they are a license lawyer is itself bs.

    This should be obvious to anyone. I'm surprised Zuckerberg fessed up. Doesn't he know that if you screw with the FBI they have six ways of paying you back?

    And yet, the magistrate who signed the warrant thought otherwise.

    This "analysis" would not get very far in a court if they were challenging the basis of the search warrant. The search warrant was clear to the point that meets Constitutional standards and accepted practice for evidentiary rules of procedure in federal court.

    Actually, they do. WSJ is known for allowing people to put their opinions out there no matter how ludicrous it may be. This was not the editorial Board making this claim. This was two individuals who are attorneys making this claim knowing full well it will never pass any court of law, to begin with.

    Bottom line - for every lawyer claiming the raid was illegal, we will find multiple lawyers who would describe it as lawful.
