I know, why would we waste nukes on a place that is already collapsing.

Why the rush to annex the territories?
Why has the goal shifted from demilitarization to the annexation of territory? To attack NATO or desperation?
    Interesting development nonetheless

I doubt many will want to die for $14 per month in pay, the pay for a Russian conscripts, especially since Russia often doesn't even pay them said $14. Hell, frequently Russia doesn't even feed them. Russia did promise big bonuses but intercepted phone calls show loads of Russian soldiers complaining none of their bonuses were ever paid.

Not exactly the makings of a high moral army.

I have a feeling within a year, Destroyer won't have much to cheer for anymore at the rate of the Russian collapse. In regards to the referendum, nobody outside of Putin's Nazi cronies takes his propaganda and fake voting statistics seriously when people are being held by a Nazi dictator with no choice but to agree or face the gulags.

Wow you don't follow the news well in the US huh

If you meant those insurrectionists Russia supported, like thy supported Trump? Yeah, not so much, convictions are happening and Dirty Donnie will be indicted soon, hopefully he didn't pass to much to his buddy Putin. Indictments will hopefully tell us something, soon :)

Russia would also be completely destroyed as Putin well knows. Thus M.A.D. remains in effect and nukes will not be used.

Another sign of Russia s desperation besides OP's news.

Ukrainian secret services claim that Putin's army has revived the tradition of the famous "blocking detachments" whose mission is to open fire on their own soldiers trying to retreat in the face of advancing Ukrainian troops.

So-called "blocking detachments" were first established during World War II by order of former Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin during the Battle of Stalingrad. Russian army commanders have told their subordinates that they risk being shot on the spot if they try to "arbitrarily" leave their positions, according to a statement from Ukraine's military intelligence services .

The order was given in the context of heavy fighting taking place at the moment in the area of the city of Bakhmut , in the Donetsk region, where the Russians are shelling the positions of the Ukrainian army fighting for control of the city.

The Ukrainian military say that it would be a so-called "order 222" and make an analogy with the already famous "order 227" , signed by Stalin on June 28, 1942, during the battle of Stalingrad, which prohibited any withdrawal from of the enemy and which provided for machine-gunning, by Soviet special detachments, of Russian soldiers fleeing from the German positions.

The Russians are doing great economically (the foreign trade surplus is huge, Russia's revenues have grown many times...), in Ukraine, the Russians use only 10% of their military potential, there is no general mobilization...etc. It is obvious that there is no question of despair.
In addition, if the Russians suddenly had problems, then obviously they would not aggravate, but on the contrary, they would try to smooth out relations.
So, perhaps your other assumption of the development of events remains.
I can also give you information for reflection - a Chinese military transport aircraft Xian Y-20 "Chine Air Force"
was seen at the Russian airport.

No doubt. An indictment without evidence and with a violation of the law in the fascist state of the United States is as natural as it was in Nazi Germany. I wouldn't even be surprised if the US government organizes a Night of the Long Knives.

Just because Putin states they are only using 10% of Russia's military potential, doesn't mean it is true. The Russian Nazi's can hardly field an army right now as they are lacking firepower, food and personnel.

And, the siting of one single transport aircraft is not going to turn the tides of warfare. It seems you are grasping at straws while repeating whatever Russia's Nazi Propaganda has peddled to their sheep.

Russia, the big old gas station with no other part of an economy? lol

Russia faces ‘economic oblivion’ despite claims of short-term resilience, economists say

    • The International Monetary Fund last week upgraded Russia’s GDP estimate for 2022 by 2.5 percentage points, meaning the economy is now projected to contract by 6% this year.
    • However, many economists see long-lasting costs to the Russian economy from the exit of foreign firms, the loss of its long-term oil and gas markets, and its diminished access to critical imports of technology and inputs.
...“Anecdotal evidence suggests the manufacturing dislocations are rising as inventories are depleted and scarcity of foreign parts becomes binding. Chips and transport are among the sectors cited, in some cases reflecting dual-use military demand,” Bremmer said.

“Governmental arrears may be contributing to broader shortages. Imports of consumer goods are increasing, but less so intermediate/investment goods.”

...Eurasia Group projects a sustained, long-term decline in economic activity to eventually result in a 30%-50% contraction in Russian GDP from its prewar level.

    Catastrophically crippling’

A Yale University study published last month, which analyzed high-frequency consumer, trade and shipping data that its authors say shows a truer picture than the Kremlin is presenting, argued that rumors of Russia’s economic survival had been greatly exaggerated.

The paper suggested international sanctions and an exodus of more than 1,000 global companies are “catastrophically crippling” the Russian economy.

Lol! What clown like horse crap! The economy is doing so badly Putin has ordered no economic data to be released to the public. Economists estimate there will be a 10%-12% reduction in total Russian GDP this year and 6%-8% further decline next year. They are all projecting no growth and a lost decade until at least 2032.

Yet this tool lies and claims that is doing "great". What a clown!

No need when we can see verified facts not produced by Putin's Nazi Propaganda machine.

In addition, Putin can only prop up his economy for only so much longer. I predict a complete crash of the Russian economy in about a year.

ACTUALLY WHAT HE SAID IN HIS STOTU SPEECH

"Today, it is America that stands strong and united with our allies, while Russia is isolated, with its economy in tatters," Obama said

    Still true

''Russia stands 11th in terms of global GDP—well behind China (second) and India (sixth), and just ahead of Brazil (12th) among large emerging-market economies.''

OVERALL PROSPERITY. Russia is 70th in the overall Prosperity Index rankings
    https://www.prosperity.com/globe/russia

    Economic performance 2021
almost a 3rd of EU per capita
    https://www.worlddata.info/europe/russia/economy.php

''Oil and gas account for about half of Russia's exports and contributed around 40% to last year's budget revenue''

''U.S. and Allies Move to Further Isolate Russia From Global Economy

The Biden administration said it would join Europe and other allies in stripping Russia of permanent normal trade relations, another step to inflict economic damage on the country over its invasion of Ukraine.''

''Crude oil is Russia's biggest export, accounting for $123 billion of its export revenues, data for 2019 shows. Next on the list are refined petroleum – things like petrol and diesel – at $66.2 billion, gas at $26.3 billion and coal at $17.6 billion.''

    https://www.fpri.org/article/2022/0...mming-problems-with-wages-and-jobs-in-russia/

Huge numbers of Russian companies are laying off workers and reducing wages for the workers who remain. Furthermore there has been a big increase in companies who owe wage arrears to employees; meaning companies have not been able to pay employee payroll wages on time. This is compounded by thousands of foreign firms closing their Russian operations and laying off all staff.

Yet the Russian economy is "great" according to Putin's paid propaganda shill.

Russia's biggest carmaker Avtovaz (AVAZI_p.MM), which suspended some production due to sanctions and lack of components, is offering workers at its Izhevsk plant a one-off payment of about $3,000 to take voluntary redundancy, it said on Wednesday.
