China and Russia didn't take Old Bone Spurs seriously. What now? Are you telling us you plan on nominating someone Xi Jinping and Putin will be worried about?

like the Alaska's ranked choice voting?

the real problem is, 3rd party often splits the vote of one party and the other wins by default

only way more than 2 choices work, otherwise 3rd parties are just a wasted vote

OK I don't think they need any carriers to attack an island off their coast, and we don't have 14 carriers in the 7th fleet. But..if you don't think the Chinese military could give us a problem in 2022, I'll do nothing to change that opinion. Let's hope we don't have to test it.

Doing the opposite? I just wanted to maintain strategic ambiguity. What is this opposite you are referring to?

If we allow USA to be "world police" we will inevitably end up with the situation we see in America with the brutality and murder of unarmed black males, in other words, an utterly racist governing body.

And it will end up being largely BY other armed black males. That won't happen though, we will be bankrupt well before then.

I'm referring to how USA police treat unarmed black males as a template to how USA would "police the world".

Our Founders never intended for the POTUS to have the unilateral authority to enter our country into a war of choice.

I do not want our country getting into a war with China over Taiwan. I sympathize with the people of Taiwan, but I am not willing to go to war against China to save them.

I do not want to go to into any war of choice under this bumbling dolt of a president.

Some people seem to think a war against China would be as easy as a war against some third world backwater like Saddam Hussein’s army. I think you’re very mistaken.

More likely they would not risk it if they thought it would lead to war with the U.S. Nobody wants to go to war, including the Chinese. Give them a real incentive not to start one.

We get to choose between ******* A and scumbag B. Voting for delusional idealist C may just help the worse of A and B win. That is what happened in 2015.

I have a difficult time wondering how our leaders could be so stupid as to allow Taiwan to become absolutely critical to the West.

    I don't think there's a strict parallel.
