Of course your article doesn't discuss it. Seems that if they had most folks would have found the actions of the father to be justified in defense of his child. I recall a similar thing regarding a school board who protected a rapist and attacked the father when publicly challenged by him at a meeting.

There is a history here. Democrats are unwilling to let anyone challenge them in public, and should you, the FBI get sent out to terrorize and arrest you in your home. You may, or may not recall the horror of Janet Reno and her tactics back in the Clinton era. Seems Garland took a lot of notes.
