“China has opened dozens of “overseas police service stations” around the globe to monitor its citizens living abroad, including one location in New York City and three in Toronto.

“These operations eschew official bilateral police and judicial cooperation and violate the international rule of law, and may violate the territorial integrity in third countries involved in setting up a parallel policing mechanism using illegal methods,” reads a report by Safeguard Defenders, a human rights watchdog, released earlier this month.

Europe is home to most of the police stations, with locations spread across the continent in places such as London, Amsterdam, Prague, Budapest, Athens, Paris, Madrid and Frankfurt. North America is also home to four of the stations, with three locations in Toronto and one in New York City. In all, there are 54 such stations in 30 different countries.“

Will someone explain to me how the heck this is even allowed?!? How have these not been shut down IMMEDIATELY? Are we really stupid enough to believe they’re only spying on Chinese citizens?

Anybody in NY or Toronto or any of those other cities? How do you feel knowing any Asian person you walk by could be a Chinese spy/undercover police officer employed at their local bureau in your hometown?

How is it allowed you ask? China owns the left, that’s how. When have you seen the left ever stand up to China? If the left even hints at standing up to them China calls it racist and the left backs down.

That $10 million gift from Master Xi to Brandon goes a long way. Trump would shut this down immediately.

If true, they don't have any authority in the United States, and generally, any other country, to make an arrest based on Chinese law violations in a foreign land. I have actually read the report, and I still think they have not proven their thesis. Second, anti-Chinese sentiment, even among overland Chinese, is rampant in Europe, the US, and Canada among conservative groups. In the report, it says, " There is no complete list of such “110 Overseas” police service stations available, but the initial list, along with further stations identified by Safeguard Defenders via government announcement, provides a clue to how it looks worldwide, even though the number is undoubtedly larger and such stations more widespread." It also says it is run by Fuzhou city and Qingtian city police. These are local police stations within two specific provinces in China. although the Chinese police are nationalized, their police officers have dual commissions in both the national police and the Chinese military, when or if war comes. But even that does not verify the issues presented.

Diplomatic immunity within the confines of the Chinese Embassy/Consulate depends on the country you are looking at. According to their report, the only 110 Overseas: Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild, only New York City, where the Chinese UN Mission has this alleged office.

And people laughed when I said that Chinese people's ownership of good farm land will end up in the hands of the Chinese government.

But even I didn't know that things have gotten so out of control!

But I do know that foreigners have legal rights to sue us in court, and we even have religious courts in this country. It seems that the legal precedent of this runs far deeper into our society than many people realize at first glance.

It was proven in that thread that China owns about 0.9% of all foreign land ownership in the United States. The country with the largest share is Canada, followed by another hafl dozen or so countries, including Saudia Arabia. The report is questionable and given its sources in report, there are more questions than answers.

American politicians are easily bought. That’s the problem. The Chinese keep the Democrats in their back pockets during the plandemic and it paid out nicely for Xi and company.

You need to read the actual report. A lot of this is being done at the embassy/consulate in the country that they listed. That means the country already has diplomatic personnel there to perform the jobs with people already there. However, they cannot enforce those laws from China in a foreign country. And the only place listed in that report is NYC where the Chinese government has both a UN mission and a consulate there.
