Um, Dennis? I'm not sure why you're excited by a fraud scheme. This is certainly not the way to a good future. If it were a legit business that feeds children, that's one thing, but fraud? That's not feeding the children! If anything, it shows that there shouldn't be a middleman, and, instead, maybe the government should fund an initiative to keep children fed in school through a free school lunch program instead.
