“Bros,” billed as an all gay comedy, is a box office disaster.

Yeah my thing is happiness is hard enough to come by I don't need movies trying to take it away from me and maybe that's why I didn't find the movie that good.

I don't know who's the target demographic of this movie. I saw a trailer and I didn't find it appealing.

During the trailer, one guy tells the other guy that he slept with some other random old ripped dude shown in a crowd at a club. I don't know about you but that seems to be a big turn-off. Why would one man want to put another man into a situation where he has to mentally compete with another dude for his date? Informal dick-measuring? Um...

And what about the movie title "Bros" ? It's like they want to change a word for good male friends into gay male friends? Why do they do this? Straight men don't have enough friends as it is, or so I hear. And, why do they always do this thing now-a-days where men can't be best friends with other men anymore, it has to have sexual tension and be gay? Boo!

Captain Marvel road of the back of being in the middle of infinite war and end game and I would dare suggest that people were so insane from that cliff hanger that they watched that garbage for the 30 second post credit teaser. You will know how good the IP is when it gets to stand on its own.

    How was wonderwoman woke?

Just having a female lead doesn't make a movie woke.

They still are! It's just the first phase of liking boys .. to crush on the 'non-threatening' looking ones. We go from thinking this is hot:

I agree that you need to be in good mental shape for such films. You need to be able to spare some 'grief' for the purposes.

I don't go to see hetero rom-coms unless some female drags me. I can wait for cable. I do that a lot more with these big flat screens.

I'll probably be classed as a homophobe but what two or more consenting adults do is their business but it is not going to be my choice of entertainment.

I'm not sure good mental shape is the way to phrase that. Sad movies make me feel sad that's the point of them. I don't like that feeling.

I saw the trailer when I went to see the Elvis movie and I found it repulsive. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Not necessarily. It all goes back to Porter's 5 Forces model. If you want to increase your business, you should focus on either reducing costs, providing a better product, or serving an underserved niche. There's big, big money in focusing on niche markets.

A movie with a good story line, executed well with decent actors is likely to be watched regardless if the actors/actresses are homosexual, gay or lesbians. When their sexual declaration becomes the main focus of a movie, it's more likely to have a limited audience.

Gay bros have been a thing for decades. So no. Not unless you are into that sort of thing.

I think a lot of people are put off by the group oral sex.

I'd think I'd you really wanted to see that there's lots of content on the internet where you can see a lot more it's not just strongly implied.

This seems weird to me. Rom coms tend to be about women winning over men or men Winning over women.

Guys don't really work this way. A guy's default response to "do you want to have sex" is "yes" there's no hard to get there is no chasing or trying to win them over. I think this is forcing a heterosexual stereotype on the gay people and it just doesn't fly. Nobody's buying it.

To everyone upset about this movie getting low ratings, not to worry! I'm sure the left will be showing this movie in elementary schools in no time! It will get a lot more views.

They'll adapt it into a stage performance... Just the group oral sex scene.

If one wants to view 'porn' faking it as a movie, then have at it.

Of course yes is a default answer for guys, straight or gay.

There have been plenty of rom-coms where the interaction doesn't melt your TV remote control. Not in the last 5 years or so, though.

Also, the lead actor has made tweets saying "F all trump supporters" and other things and is surprised? I'm sure there are many gay republicans out there that have been turned off by his statements.

All the people that chose to watch it seem to be fans I don't know why this guy's complaining. There's not people hate watching it I mean the people who watch it seem to like it so good sounds like a successful thing from an actor's standpoint
