Point being for 600 years up until today gender has meant biological sex. for about 150 years it has also meant biological sex in the animal world. Yes for sure in this country too many people believe stupid lies, but there is a simple explanation for that--since at least a century ago when Woodrow Wilson hired Edward Bernays to manipulate the public perception in order to join WWI, the American people have been conditioned to believe stupid lies. With the advent of the television, Bernays' work became much easier. You probably didn't know that Josef Goebbels was an admirer of Bernays.

These days we have been conditioned to speak to and listen to Alexa and Siri. Bernays' wildest dreams come true, most likely.

People believe everything they are told by their government and its media, no questions asked. From 911 to the situation in Ukraine, Americans believe all sorts of lies that are contradicted by facts. The American people have been conditioned to avoid critical thinking. Yes that pictured person's genitalia would bear obvious surgical marks, and that person would LITERALLY smell like the inside of their colon because that gaping surgical hole cut in to where their penis used to be shares a straight line open connection WITH the colon. Visually and by the olfactory sense its rather obvious. Further visual evidence is there in the size of the wrists and length of the forearm.
