Ukraine has outspent the United States the last several years in terms of funding their military. At over 4% of GDP, they are obviously making an effort to sustain their own defense.

The Euro zone on the other hand, 1.54%.

Should this hit the fan and Europe is engaged by Russia, I think it's about time Europe learns their lesson.
