Culture is a mutable. We can accept or reject any culture - completely or in part - which is negative or problematic. It's a choice. No one in a Western democracy is obliged to practice a specific culture, so we're entirely justified in condemning those who accept behaviours with obvious and immediate negative outcomes. Crime, poor attitude to education, racism, low standard of verbal communication, lack of interest in self-determination, etc etc. We see this particular formula most amongst poor whites in my country, but your results may vary. Either way, those born into such cultures are not obliged to stay in them. If you do, you've done so by choice.
