For Trump supporters, projection is confession. IWO, the above post is "like waving the white flag". Still no link to support your claim to the actual law SCOTUS ruled on?

Exactly, but that is the guise they hide under. Republicans today are more liberal than the so called liberals. The far left and most of the current Administration are just straight fascist.

    Yes, it contains it.

Leaking a document that all the other POTUS make public without any constraints?

What schedule can that information be found?

Making Trump's returns public is illegal without Trump's express written permission. That's in the law, too.

Still can't figure out what you appeared to be whining about and you still can't link to the actual LAW you made a specious claim about actually said, the job of SCOTUS BTW...and you are trying to hide behind telling me I am wrong? That's a crappy strawman failed grasp but par for your course.

You still can't link to the actual law SCOTUS rule on and are crouching behind some mystical interpretation in your head of a DOJ memo, not actual law. That's as idiotic as it is desperate for more straw.

I don't need to. I proved my point. Stop whining. Take the loss. I know, you probably get tired of being wrong.

You proved that you can fail at distinguishing between a law and a memo, hence the SCOTUS ruling you can't handle. As for being wrong, that's Trumpian projecting to confess.

The header on the memo literally says the law is what the memo is referring to...lol

An the memo contains an opinion (hence a memo not law)....SCOTUS considered the opinion in regards to the actual law written and made their ruling......you are grasping for straws and drowning in the confusion in your posts...basically, a life line might help. So, where is the link to the actual LAW or a memo? Post her up since you are making the claim that SCOTUS is wrong. Clocks running.

This is indeed the law of the land, and central to the case. The issue is that 'presumption of good faith' when in oral argument, the House confessed it had not yet found that valid reason, and that the tax documents would uncover that for them. In the syntax of operations here, they're supposed to have developed that legislative reason BEFORE asking it, not after.

Furthermore, I do agree with the argument if their claim(baseless as it is) is on Presidential audits, they could do just as well with the audits of any former living President, as well as current President Biden. There exists other means and methods, that are less intrusive. And according to precedence, that should take hold.

So you admit you have no proof. Just making things up. And I'm being nice in my choice of words.

Remember, he's supposed to be part criminal mastermind and part incompetent, depending on how they want to portray him. He's supposed to be a criminal mastermind that had the government in the palm in his hands during 2016-2020, yet at the same time he "told people to drink bleach"(he didn't, I love using this example of hyperbole, because it shows how unhinged people had become.)

Oceam's razor: The most probable and reasonable outcome is the most likely. Don't presume corruption, where incompetence or incapability suffices. Our Liberal friends might want to familiarize themselves with this philosophical theory the next time a Republican takes office.

    When it involves Donald TRUMP:
The Simplest Explanation (ala Occam's Razor) is to Assume BOTH Corruption and Incompetence...

Though it would be too early to put much money on it, I am leaning more, lately, towards feeling that being the Republican nominee in 2024, won't be Trump's fate.

I would say Trump's chances (as of NOW) are only about 50/50 (at best)...
Odds are NOT in Trump's Favor, and getting worse...

And yet, that the FBI were investigating Hunter Biden, based on evidence they found on his laptop, is called proof that they were involved in a coverup operation, for not disclosing details of their active investigation (or because the wheels of justice, have not turned more swiftly)-- by that reasoning, wouldn't you have to say that Trump had been involved in burying, covering up, Joe Biden's crimes?

Biden is guilty of something because the FBI hasn't made public what they've found and T**** is innocent because the FBI hasn't made public what they've found.
