Twitter suddenly suspended a host of the nation’s preeminent tech journalists on Thursday, many of whom have reported about billionaire Elon Musk’s chaotic leadership at the social media giant in recent weeks.
The accounts for The New York Times’ Ryan Mac, The Washington Post’s Drew Harwell, CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan, Mashable’s Matt Binder and independent journalist Aaron Rupar all disappeared Thursday evening, as did several others. All of those reporters have reported deeply about Musk’s $44 billion takeover of Twitter, the fallout after he laid off half of its employees and the company’s decision to ban, then un-ban, then re-ban an account that tracked Musk’s private plane flights.

You said it! While I acknowledge his business acumen-- albeit getting stiff competition, in this Twitter deal, from his own, over-inflated Ego-- he also seems an example of the RW cream puffs, who view the slightest offense to themselves as a capital crime, but who laugh off much more serious assaults, on those seen, politically, as the other side. Did you see the new thread about some guy, supposedly jumping on the hood of Elon's car? The very same people who joked about Pelosi's husband getting his head bashed in, with a hammer-- and Musk propagating baseless conspiracy theories, blaming Mr. Pelosi-- are now calling this, "Terrorizing," Musk.

Oh yes, the slings and arrows, that Twitter Man must face, to protect our free speech rights!! It's just not right-- why can't his leftist foes just be content with treating his skull like a nail head?

Meet the new boss -- same as the old boss.

Meanwhile, Tesla stock keeps going down because Musk apparently cannot multi task. Maybe he took a bite larger than he can chew.....

Elon is giving liberals a taste of what they've been dishing out on social media since day one. Your account is suspended lol! How you like banning people now Twitter? I stand by my statement that it was the best $44b ever spent in the name of free speech. Thanks Elon!

He is trying to control the narrative hoping that investors will invest in Twitter. Sadly, the way things are going, Musk will not have the $$$$$$$$ to pay its first loan payment coming up next year around October. And he knows this.

the main reason why Tesla Stock is going down is that that EV truck is not going to meet its deadline for full production. They still have quirks. Sadly, Telsa may go way to the Tucker Automobile Company of the 1950s. Lots of innovation, but little success commercially speaking.

The other reason is those first S series electric cars that were built some 8 years ago are now having to have their batteries replaced. The cost to replace the batteries can be more than what the car is worth. It appears the first S series have little resale value, much like a Yugo.

Liberals don't care who Musk bans from twitter, it's his company, he can ban whoever he likes. They just laugh at the hypocrisy.

LOL - Yea, right. The screaming and crying on Twitter from the far left is getting pretty extreme. One thing is for sure, they are telling lies about why the suspensions took place. Just to be clear, they violated rules of doxxing other users including the owner of Twitter, Elon Musk, and his family.

I don't think enough time has passed that Twitter has new software algorithms for banning accounts. These bans are likely from the same ones that have been operating automatically for years.

So, unless they were manually banned through human effort, the bans were a computer program detecting a violation of the former rules of conduct pre-Musk.

And I'm sure none of those, on the Right, who'd been banned, had violated any rules.

It is probably under his direction, but any new algothythems that are currently in use can be modified with ease to look for certain words, such as "Musk" and any negative word associations.

    Glad you are enjoying it.

Musk Is Cutting Twitter to the Bone, and the Lamentations of the Karens Are Glorious.

“The story could begin — and end — with what Musk did when he found dead-ender execs racking up six figures worth of chartered jets right before he bought the company. But the story just keeps getting better, even after that.”

    SEVERENCE:

'What happens to ex-employees when they break their NDAs? Fuck Around and Find Out, as Musk himself has said.'

Remember, this is the man who challenged Putin to one and one combat to settle Ukraine.

NO MORE ELECTION FIXING: "Twitter helped squelch the Hunter Biden laptop story and turn an election." That election put Grandpa Felony Fingers and Kamala "Hear my 'I'm Horny Giggle!'" in the WH.

'For the next #TwitterFiles, Musk has already promised to reveal collusion between Twitter 1.0 and celebrity medical spokesmodel Anthony “Doctor” Fauci to silence dissent about masks, the lockdowns, vaccines, and more.'

    FAFO

"Musk’s first reform was to clear Twitter of its endemic pedophile picture-sharing subculture — and the Left has been mum.'

    Yeah Musk!

At least in this case, we know why they were banned: It wasn't just for saying "negative" things about Musk. They violated the terms of service, particularly the one about doxxing.

No, it's the reason. No doxxing, no suspension.

It's very clear they were banned for doxxing his location. This isn't a mystery.

Yea, doxxing. Twitter is a private company and they violated the TOS. I forget, remind me who was so upset that Yoel Roth was somehow in danger because of the #Twitterfiles Can you refresh my memory on who posted that thread?
