    WRONG!
It was only "withdrawn" b/c once the GOP Took over the House, the GOP House would NOT have acted on any potential Info..
Trump Ran Out the Clock, Period!
Both sides could have fought it in Court...
    BUT, one thing is CERTAIN:
Had the Dems Retained The House, they would NOT have withdrawn the subpoena...
    ^And, Everybody KNOWS That...

If that were true (and I'm doubtful it was) what possible explanation is there for the Democrats to have withdrawn the subpoena? Why didn't they leave it for the Republicans to do once they take over next week? That'd be like saying "once the Republicans take over they're going to do X, so we'll just do X for them right now". It would be moronic. Do you think Congressional Democrats are moronic?

If they (I almost said "Biden" and "think" in the same sentence, but we both know he doesn't do that anymore) think they've got a valid legal argument for why the subpoena should be quashed, I fully expect they will.

They don't have the authority make such requests yet.

But I'm all for them showing that they're the party of crazy yet again.

    Go Gym, go!

What do you mean by this? Next year there will be 26 Republican Governors and 24 Democrats.

I agree - they should take that position. Democratik hypocrites should never live up to their own "standards". Those are for Republicans!

As for the Dems who want to go for a different look, perhaps they can perform an encore of Lois Lerner's Golden Raspberry Award winning performance in "Concealing My Innocence"? What a howler that was.

    I can't wait....

Technically no. But for an administration bragging about being transparent the optics don’t bear that out.

Huh? Biden will comply when the kooks are permitted to engage in "oversight".

The "rule of law" means that people not entitled to make demands won't have those demands complied with.

There’s no law saying they can’t honor the request.

This is hilarious, the "GOP" crying foul when the other team starts playing by "their" rules.

I suspect that there are legal restrictions on giving documents to people who aren't authorized to receive them.

Perhaps dickhead scofflaw Jordan should tread cautiously.

This might well be the strongest endorsement you've ever given one of my posts.

It's OK... these 'wokester' slimebags can run, but they can't hide. The wheels of justice grind slowly, and those who want to get to the bottom of all this **** will have two long, largely-unimpeded years to do so.

Remember Dostoyevsky's "Crime and Punishment"...? Republicans should behave more like the Chief Investigator, Porfiry Petrovich, using patience, intellect, and relentless, subtle pursuit instead of going for one or two splashy headlines that the hyperliberal 'news' media would downplay, underplay, or omit altogether. Use both hands when you 'go for the throat'!

Sounds like you and other like-minded don't have much faith in the Biden administration. Just because some didn't, doesn't mean Biden should follow a bad example ignoring subpoenas.

Bannon isn't jail. I'm saying let the courts decide if Congress has authority to subpoena Biden e.g. having a legislative purpose.

LOL - Yet it's Demokrats who are bawling about how they don't want to play by their own rules.

Like I said, Demokrat rules are for Republicans. If you think that I expect Democrats to play by their own rules....
