A dozen that wouldn't have been prevented with anything DeSantis is doing as it doesn't tackle any issues arriving from BPA in plastics.

I'd support a Constitutional Amendment that states that States may only regulate where they have a legitimate state interest, and that they must regulate that interest in the least intrusive manner possible.
