It can be quite challenging to keep up with all the players real names, let alone all their nicknames. I’m thinking Bidler is Biden.

 

It is possible but Prigozhin alone cannot do it.

 

Doesn't appear that Wagner is getting any resistance. He don't need to do it alone if the Russian military don't offer resistance. Just about every Russian soldier and citizen is stepping aside. As a matter of fact, they are rushing toward Moscow and should be there today. This is escalating fast. People are talking as if Wagner is hours away from Moscow!

This is what normally happens to brutal dictators who force their citizens to die for their personal ambitions.

 

Any Russian on Russian fighting at this low level ( 25K Wagnerites) is not enough to disintegrate the RF empire. It will help Ukraine only for a short time.
Still Ukraine needs to take this development as an opportunity to move forward in preparing a sustained counteroffensive.

 

Too early to tell but let’s be hopefully caustious.

 

I have said this before this Prigozhin “rebellion” needs to have many segments such as ethnic groups , anti war groups, political groups etc to join the “rebellion” . In essence this needs a domino effect which I have not seen yet.

 

Putin has led such a brutally oppressive regime where any dissenting opinions are squelched immediately. I think most everyone is afraid of Putin and are just waiting to see if Wagner is somewhat successful before siding with them being they would all be jailed or killed for siding with a failed coup. If Wagner keeps moving forward without any resistance, then that shows me the people and Russian defensive soldiers are really siding with him being they do not offer any resistance. Will be interesting how this plays out. Regardless, I think this takes the heart out of any soldier being forced to die in Ukraine for Putin.

 

Prigozhin has told the Russian population that the war against Ukraine was based on the false a basis.

 

I was just thinking the same that this will drive the motivation of the average Russian soldier down.

 

That thought occurred to me also.

 

The chaos and unrest that Prigozhin brings is a big problem for Putin, which I see as a good thing. The bigger problem is Prigozhin has proven himself to be an even more brutal thug than Putin himself. Hard to even know who to root for when the end game seems to be who can be even more brutal?

 

The big difference to me is that Prigozhin denounces the reasons for attacking Ukraine as wrong and false.

 

Yes perhaps not someone you want in charge of nukes.

 

Hopefully that revelation will affect enough Russianites to start wondering why they supported Putin’s war.

 

The best we can ask for is that Putin and his cult followers expend the selves fighting anti Putin entities.
