After doing a little research it seems this is the 3rd time Seldowitz has approached and harassed a food vendor who is simply trying to earn a living. The comments made by Seldowitz are vile. Trying to defend the comments made by Seldowitz such as asking the vendor if he ever raped his daughter is vile. Thats all.
