He'll appeal it to the state supreme court next. I am not so sure part of his case isn't without merit. If the prosecutors agreed to drop the case in exchange for community service and you do the community service, it seems to me like that should be it. Instead the then used a special prosecutor to charge him. Seems like the state should be bound by their deal regardless of who made it on behalf of the state.

 

Exclusionary rule: if they mess up, it is as if it never happened. So, they came to an "agreement" that was moot as it was totally illegal. Throw it out and start over, which they did and Jussie, common sense, was found accountable.

I can't remember what the guys name is but I watched a couple episodes due to the actor that was also in Hustle and Flow. That movie is a guilty pleasure of mine lol
