Why are you hijacking MY post to go off on some completely disconnected rant about Lauren Boebert? Who the hell is defending Boebert or talking about Beobert at all...?! :confusion:

Now, back to reality -- do you dispute the FACT that all seven of the Justices on the Colorado Supreme Court were appointed by Democrat Governors?! Yes or no! Let's see if you're going to try to drag Boebert into your answer....

"Founded in 1876, the Colorado Supreme Court is the state's court of last resort and has seven judgeships. The current chief of the court is Brian Boatright. As of August 2021, all seven judges on the court were appointed by Democratic governors." Link: https://ballotpedia.org/Colorado_Su...lorado,were appointed by Democratic governors.

It doesn't say one has to have engaged in a crime.

Most law enforcement officers are conservative. FBI agents are law enforcement officers. Figure it out.
And you want to say you haven't devolved into personal attacks? It's like holding and Italian's hand's behind their back. If you couldn't use personal attacks you wouldn't have anything to say.

No, I don't hate tRaitor tRump, we've already been over that.
    We?
    I rest my case.
    It sure is.
    That's all you. :)
    I think I've proved that point. 8)
No, it's easy. Like I said it writes it's self.
I don't know what more to say, I've already rested my case on the personal attack argument, but I do appreciate you going out of your way to prove my point. :)

Tell us, what US Capitol police officer was killed during the riots?
Don't tell me, the fake claim of the guy who was beaten to death with a fire extinguisher. lol
Another false claim by your missing text ruling

Nobody made that claim. They were beating on the doors trying to break in.
Another false claim by your missing text ruling

Yet we now have videos of officers unlocking doors and allowing people to come in
Another false claim by your missing text ruling

    Nobody claimed their was

I think you called the Colorado Supreme Court "radical", my point was they are not, if you want an example of Colorado radical, look no further than BimBobert.
No, I don't know but, I'll take your word for it.

Oh, thats your new claim now? :roflol:
This is your evidence that it was Republican FBI officials who were falsifying documents to judges to illegally spy on a presidential campaign so they could destroy their own candidate?
Just wow. Thanks for posting that

The rest is just blah blah blah

Were you ever going to get back on topic with the tread, or just make off topic accusations all day.

What for, all you do is repeat the same false accusations over and over again. Tell yourself whatever Trump fantasy you want, it will that much more enjoyable when that insurrectionist is brought to trial.

I think it was an FBI **** up. Not a Democrat **** up, Not a Republican **** up, not a local gardening club **** up.

It was an FBI **** up.
    You're welcome. Glad to help.
Yeah, that blah blah blah proved you have nothing if you don't have personal attacks.
Now that's funny, I don't care who you are. Off topic accusations are your specialty, right after Democrat accusations and personal attacks.

And you come in here and whine about personal attacks on you?
Proving yet again, how the left works. Making personal attacks while whining about personal attacks.
Don't tell us, because you said it, its not a personal attack.
    The hypocrisy is astounding

    Now get back on topic

Would you like a taste of reality if what you think is true?
You think some judge or Secretary of State can just decide if Trump is guilty and take him off ballots?
Guess what the outcome of that would be.

Having states votes no counted for refusing to abide by the constitution.

The 14th says, SHALL HAVE ENGAGED IN.

So whose making these decisions as to the guilt or innocence of treasonous acts the 6th amendment strictly forbids?

Trump's problems are due to himself, he made this bed, now he can lie in it. The only hope Trump has, is to win the election, and pardon himself, at best.

Those rulings to get Trump off the ballot were done by their respective states, not the US constitution. As per the Constitution, Trump has the right to appeal, which he is. This is all legal procedure.

Don't care for some Internet attorney braying and bleating their self made legal acumen. !!!!

In my Post #433 I wrote, "Surprised?! Not me. I live in Colorado and it's easy to see how the radical Left in Denver runs EVERYTHING of any importance here."

Well, we've got a Democrat Governor, and a Democrat-controlled Colorado General Assembly (for outsiders, that's our state 'congress'). And, as we have seen so clearly ever since Gov. Polis has been in office, our entire state government has veered toward the liberal-Left -- and it's driven by all his radical cadres in Denver/Boulder!

Remind us all when did Democrats indict any Democrat?
This is your new convenient measure of criminal activity?
I'll remind you of that in the future.

You thought the Constitution makes rulings against someone?
Thats a new on on me

So he has the right to appeal, but he has no right to the 6th amendment
    Got it
Tell us, what amendment gave these idiotic justices the right to convict someone of a crime again?

You mean Congressman Thomas Massie? Who would be voting to remove state electors who illegally remove candidates from their ballots?
    That internet attorney?
You don't really do much research, do you.

And the first amendment doesn't say anything about the Executive branch not being able to suppress free speech. It only mentions Congress. Guess that means that they can. Per your logic.

See how silly your argument is?

Not one person has been charged under 18 USC 2383. Hence, the Federal government admits there was no insurrection, or rebellion.

Just yesterday you informed us that you didn't know the difference between a House Representative, Senator, an elector of the President, and the President. It's ironic that you are now still trying to interpret Section 3. Insurrection is a crime. For someone to engage in an insurrection they have to have engaged in a crime. There's no such thing as a legal insurrection.
