Not to worry, Trump will win on appeal. But, until then, I'll give you something to read:

So, is "Mr. Wonderful" (apparently one of his nick names) lying? Wrong?

No. He's a far better man that Engoron. The merciful thing to do is remove him from the bench and get him into therapy.

He might win some parts, and he may get some reduction, but upper courts are not finders of fact, this kangaroo judge is, and the problem for Trump is coming up with all this money while he's unable to operate or borrow against these income producing properties. Don't be surprised if a lot of this judgement remains in place, unless a majority on a upper court decide to go after the entire thing for violating the right to jury trial, right to reasonable bail, and selective prosecution. They very well may not. The Court doesn't like to get into political controversies for Trump.

THE LEFT NEVER THINKS THROUGH FIRST ORDER CONSEQUENCES, LET ALONE SECOND: Judge Talks, Money Walks.

'39 words that mean New York may be entering the "suddenly" phase of its collapse'

'the NY verdict in the Trump “Fraud” case where, despite absolutely no one claiming any harm whatsoever, the judge decided to fine OrangeManBad $355M plus interest. There’s an interesting comment here about how this should not be classed as criminal fraud'

'This is the definition I found that applies to ALL cases no matter how the elements are worded is this: FRAUD IS THE VOLUNTARY TRANSFER OF SOMETHING OF VALUE BY DECEIT. The occurrence sued on and alleged to be fraud MUST be (1) VOLUNTARY, (2) A TRANSFER, (3) OF SOMETHING OF VALUE, (4) BY DECEIT. If any of these four elements are missing, it’s not fraud. Obviously, New York is missing the transfer element which, I think, makes each of the other elements a non sequitur and meaningless.'

'New York City fell in the hands of the nutcases.'

'Even the AP noted that the statutes used had never been used before to prosecute a case where there were no victims.'

This is about crazed elements of the Left demanding submission, or destruction.

I don't expect those who have their brain up their *** to grasp the consequences here. They can't see today, let alone what the actions of today will bring for tomorrow.
But let's take a look at what's probable, in the light of this latest attack in the ongoing vendetta of Trump hate.

1- Trump's dominance in the campaign for president is going to take a major jump.

2- The democrats who still have some sense of decency and fair play, are going to see that they are following sociopaths who have none at all. Some of them will leave the party openly, some privately, but their
votes and support will be gone.

    3. People who are democrats that have tried to keep faith in the party and tolerate mis-steps are going to have to decide when enough is enough. Being a democrat is becoming a liability, damaging the
self-respect of people with sound morals. They are either going to turn on their party and demand reform by rooting out the spoilers that now control it- or they too will be leaving.

    4. IF justice gets properly restored, there would be a case for malicious prosecution with potentially massive consequences for those behind it. Not just those committing it, but the city and state for allowing it.
If that were to happen, Enrogans award might be chump-change by comparison.

There's a limit to the tolerance of malicious conduct. Sooner or later, the last straw is dropped, and all the rules change. That's the doorway to violence, and only total fools, people completely unfit for office, would go there in the first place. But the passions of hate make fools of reasonable people- and they become incapable of seeing what they are doing, let alone seeing the consequences they are generating for tomorrow.

Aside from actual violence which sane people never want, some of the repercussions of blatant abuse of power are already appearing. The movers and shakers in the world of commercial real estate for example are reading this as a huge red flag, identifying New York and particularly New York City- as predatory, and their territory unsafe to locate in. NYC now has a huge red flag on their maps for investment. Those who were considering investing there are backing off, those who are invested there- considering or planning to leave from what is obviously an unstable and unfriendly market.

Governments on any level cannot act like or become the enemy of the people or the nation. That will either destroy them or lead to dictatorship.

Despite Trump's faults, despite the mountain of trash hung on him by the left, I believe Trump believes in America and the American people.
I'm a conservative, and I like to think a patriot; I believe in those things too. I believe all conservatives do- it's part of why we are conservatives.

I can't figure out what the left believes in. But it's obvious that they don't believe in America- nor the American dream or the American people.
When you lack the fundamental values and maturity to the point you revel in injustice, you aren't ready to be in charge of anything.
You aren't capable of meeting the responsibilities of being a citizen, let alone those of leadership or power- and such people who get power will become saboteurs rather than leaders.

We're watching this being played out live in New York, right now. IF we learn, we can stop it. If we don't, we are enabling the sabotuers to sink the ship we all depend on.

'The Court hereby enjoins Donald Trump and the Trump Organization and its affiliates from applying for loans from any financial institution chartered by or registered with the New York Department of Financial Services for a period of three years.'

'These are the 39 words that will likely cause the mass exodus of financial firms from Wall St. And it won’t be just that the offices are vacant.'

    Indeed

Even if Trump "abandoned" his properties in NY, nobody would be obliged to buy them.

Pull your investments out of Blue States that have replaced the Rule of Law with Political Feudalism.

Trump Fraud Ruling Could Devastate New York Economy

'A New York court has officially ordered former President Donald Trump to pay $464.5 million as a result of a civil fraud trial where Trump took out and repaid loans to an international bank, that was perfectly happy with the loans, and if given the opportunity, would be happy to loan Trump even more money.

New York isn't going to turn the collected money over to the Bank, the Bank was not defrauded, no one was, they are simply confiscating the money for their own coffers.

'The ruling is so egregious that many New York business leaders are considering fleeing the state, and even former Florida Governor and 2016 GOP presidential candidate Jeb! Bush – long a top Trump critic – has come to the 45th president’s defense.'

'Bush warned that the two recent rulings against Trump and Tesla founder Elon Musk call into question the integrity of the judicial system in the United States.'

Indeed. Musk has pulled out of a few Blue States now to relocate into Red States where the Rule of Law still prevails.

'a judge in Delaware recently invalidated Musk’s $55.8 billion Tesla compensation package – a package which 80 percent of Tesla’s shareholders had agreed to. Musk and his companies have been subject to politically motivated government harassment following his acquisition of Twitter in 2022.'

Bush wrote. “equality before the law is precious, and these rulings represent a crisis not only for the soundness of our courts, but for the business environment that has allowed the U.S. to prosper.”

“blue-state politicians may have the satisfaction of ‘sticking it’ to Messrs. Trump and Musk, but the loss to those states will be significant.

These Blue States, if they do not experience deep loss for their lawlessness, will only become more lawless.

Everyone with a brain knows that they could be next:

“Some nationwide real estate investors, like Cardone Capital’s Grant Cardone, have started telling their teams to pack their bags and leave New York after the verdict in former President Trump’s fraud trial.”

Get Out While You Still Own Something.

'“Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary has also announced that he will no longer be investing in “loser” New York, saying that he “can’t even understand or fathom the decision at all.” O’Leary advised other real estate investors to follow suit and told The New York Post that he had heard from several peers in the business world who intended to shun New York.'

'O’Leary added that the Trump judgement came from a “rogue judge,” referring to Judge Arthur Engoron, who decided the case. As Rich Lowry wrote for National Review, Engoron’s decision “is the handiwork of an elected Democratic judge in a case brought by an elected Democratic prosecutor [New York Attorney General Letitia James] who pledged in her election campaign to pursue Trump.”'

    Sick Twisted Creep.

'Remington, the nation’s oldest gunmaker, announced just days before Engoron’s ruling that it would be moving all of its manufacturing to Georgia following years of anti-Second Amendment policies emanating from Albany. In total, between the end of 2019 and August of last year, New York lost 158 companies managing more than $1 trillion in assets according to a report from Bloomberg.'

    That was my point.

Let the properties get seized as collateral and let the city try to sell them.
