Okay, folks, let's talk about our favorite ways to eat eggs. There are a couple of reasons I'm bringing this up:

    * 1) For personal reasons, I'm switching to an almost entirely vegetarian diet, and eggs will be some of my primary sources of protein apart from whey protein and cottage cheese (luckily, I love this stuff, and it's one of the best protein sources available, regardless of diet). I'm also not going to be cutting any protein as I'm still doing strength training.

    * 2) My wife loves eggs, and I love cooking for her, so some variations there would be great for both of us.

Soft-boiled eggs are great for us most mornings, especially with just a splash of vinegar and soy sauce (one of her favorite childhood treats). I'll also just cure the egg yolks in either soy sauce or salt and sugar for her and save the egg whites for myself for my shakes.

My next goal is a true, French-style omelet. That's more butter than my wife will normally eat, but great for me, and we are going to Paris in about a month, so I'd like to be able to impress her before then or soon after XD.

I'll create another thread later for potatoes. That one's more for just me as my wife prefers sweet potatoes.
