Well...it may lead to this....sooner rather than later....numerous "strays" have occurred, intentionally or not.....and this needs to be taken into account.

What if next time there's several at once and one lands in Poland ,Romania, or wherever and there's casualties?......Ooopps, from the RuzZians doesn't cut it.

Does Russia have the power to fight WWIII? And if so, why would they start it unless they want it to happen? And if they wanted it to happen, why haven’t they just gone and done it already?

I don't think Russia has the capacity to fight a conventional World War III with NATO which is why it would go nuclear pretty quick if we had one. But they are not the ones interested in starting one. Did you read the OP?

If Putin is willing to commit nuclear holocaust in response to losing a conventional war that he started with zero realistic probability he’d even lose sovereign territory and merely be booted out of a foreign country he invaded…I think you better start building bunkers if that’s really what you think.

They haven’t even had the balls to “accidentally” destroy a nuclear power plant.

And no, the ones who start WWIII are those who fire off the nukes as you suggest, not those who fight conventionally and make the crazy nuke launchers mad.

That seems to be the conventional establishment opinion that we can attack Russia conventionally and they can't do anything about it because their only move is nukes. Seem like a dangerous game.

And yes, ordering some iodine pills seem like a good plan.

And yet, the alternative is to signal to Russia and every other country out there that so long as they have nukes, no one will stand up to them. I don’t see how a world of such nuclear proliferation followed by smaller countries getting gobbled up by aggressor states makes for a less dangerous game than the one you are worried about.

And who has their finger on the launch nukes button?, Joe 'Clueless' Biden and Kamala 'Giggles' Harris.
    Now that's terrifying.

To me, this sounds like insane crazy talk. It's as if the last 33 years never happened.

And to me, blaming the girl or her parents or anyone else for the circumstances under which she was raped rather than blame the rapist is insane crazy talk.

I have no idea why you harbor so much sympathy for the rapists of the world but your misplaced blame game carried as far back in history as you feel like going to delve up some twisted logic that only makes sense to those like you who likewise have an agenda to protect the rapists is an extremely dangerous one.

One day someone will come along actually willing to explain why they try so hard to let Russia conquer whatever it wants. That day hasn’t come yet, and I have no doubt it ain’t coming from you.

Mmmm quite insulting. This must have really triggered you.

This is really about why do you want to instigate a war with Russia. Does their invasion of Ukraine really worth instigating World War III over? Why is this your line and not Crimea, or Georgia? Do you feel the same way with China's pushing against the Philippine's territory? Are you in favor of going to war with China too?

I already know any potential answers so you needn't bother. I've ran across the same mindset plenty on this forum. So please return to your previously scheduled war.

And Republicans itching for capitulation so badly you can taste it. What's up with this Republican Russian fetish and admiration that popped up over the last several years? Do you like the fact they have a dictator?

So not wanting to go to war with a country is now considered a fetish? You might want to take a break from Reddit.

Not wanting to see a repeat in history of a nation taking over other nations. Especially democratic ones. Of course, Republicans abhor everything about democracies and prefer countries run by tyrants. They praise countries like Russia, China, and N. Korea. When have Republicans become so cowardly to defend American ideals?

This is why a conservative would be useful on NBC. The nonsense that you seem to really think is astounding.

How does Poland shooting down Russian missiles in Polish airspace boil down to Poland wanting to start a war. If we shoot down a Cuban missile over Miami, would that mean that US is trying to start a war?

Me thinks you got it upside down. Any country would consider shooting down Russian missiles if they enter their airspace. What is your argument for allowing Russians to shoot missiles into Poland?

    Did you read the article?

"Poland is considering whether to shoot down any Russian missiles that go close to its borders, the country's deputy foreign minister has said."

Right. It does not mean they want to start a war, they are telling Russians to keep their missiles away from Poland. They have already had the fly inside Polish airspace.

If accuracy is insulting it’s no wonder you avoid reality when it suits you. Because the reality is your logic and position when it comes to Russia is exactly how I describe it. If you don’t like it, you should probably change it, but unfortunately you really like Russia conquering whoever it feels like, committing war atrocities the whole way through, and none of it’s their fault somehow since you want to do precisely nothing about it.

My only observation is I don’t understand it, have never heard someone explain why this is a good thing, and don’t anticipate hearing one from you. Big surprise—I don’t.

Instead, rather than deal with the reality of your own position, you are now trying very transparently to avoid talking about yourself at all and would love to talk all about me—quite frankly a huge admission that everything I’ve stated is exactly correct.

Figure out your own mess of a position, then I’ll be happy to talk about my own.

They've had several.....Nov 2022 I recall one flew in and a couple residents died.

When a few more "stray" into Poland or someone else and kill more.....is it "ooops sorry didn't mean it"?

That they are......which can beg the question if at some point there's several "strays" landing where they shouldn't be, and theres casualties....what then?

    Do we negotiate Estonia?

There have been Russian planes in Estonian airspace 40 times. Russkies want to know how fast NATO reacts. They dont seen to realize the more they do it, the more practice NATO gets. Now Finnish airforce will help cover Estonia

Possibly Sweden also...now that they're in the club.

Baltic is a crowded place nowadays....and Konigsberg is right in the middle of the party.
