Your postings of Ronna McDaniel, doing what what any party chair would do in the midst of a contested election, is not worth responding to. I assume you are trying to use it to justify NBC's canning of her, but the current employees that NBC has have lied to me more or less constantly for years. I'm not even sure what "lie" you think she's told, but Chuck Todd told me that Trump called Nazi's "fine people." And he didn't just do it once. He did it multiple times and if you asked him today, he would still say it even though he ran the tape of that press conference on his show so therefore KNOWS it's a lie.

Actually it would be hard to point out an on air personality who hasn't consistently lied over and over again for years.

You think any party chair would help try to subvert an election, participate in a fake elector scheme, encourage election officials not to certify verified results, because the election was close? Also, your cynical fantasy does not account for the justified objection on the part of NBC/MSNBC employees to Ronna selling her soul for Trump. Just because he turned all his underlings in to obedient sycophants doing his bidding doesn't mean people with integrity, character, and a love of their country (like Liz Cheney) wouldn't have refused to cooperate with his plot.

It is one of the most bizarre things I have seen in the business world. I can understand why NBC would hire her and why they would not. The fact is they did. That their talent employees made their opposition public in the way they did should get them fired. Every contract bans trashing the company. That management caved to this pressure says to me that it isn't in control and, then by definition, incompetent.

It is fine for an employee to express an opinion about what management does. It is not fine to do it in public in the manner in which they did it. The "talent" has proven itself to be interested in quashing opposing views. That makes them lack credibility in my view. They should be able to deal intelligently with opposing views and doing so would increase the value of what they do. Both they and the management look bad.

Imagine wanting to expand the company's content to include some fairness and not being able to because it made the employees angry. I look at the ceiling and slowly shake my head. Americans support free speech. It is not a mistake to give it to them.

 

LOL. They know more about the "right" than you do. Their agenda is not behind a curtain. They seek to promote conservative values. If you don't want to watch that then don't watch. Oddly I get both sides of every issue on Fox. The conservatives outnumber the liberals but the liberals certainly have opportunity to have their say. You should watch it some time. You might learn some things about the right.
