They got the numbers now then,.. It also reads that they have their own prisons now too, what a wonderful country we have become..

that's true but the DP for non-murder offenses is bad for the victim.

 

never going to survive federal court review. you could be demanding a guy who goes through a nasty break up with his 17 year old girlfriend and posts an unflattering picture of her on a chat board would be guilty of this.

 

This legislation in Idaho doesn’t reflect on the corrupt U.S. department of justice.


BTW, I’m a conservative and I oppose the death penalty for several reasons.

 

I'm against the death penalty in general, but if a state is going to have it, child rape is one of the worse crimes and most evil acts imaginable. AI generated porn is disgusting, and it will likely lead to more abuse; catharsis doesn't generally work, so an "outlet" for these kinds of desires will likely only reinforce those desires. But I don't think outlawing the AI images will pass legal muster, just like outlawing illustrations isn't going to fly. Unless, of course, it can be shown that the images are actually being generated from real child porn references.

 

Yeah, I always wondered why the death penalty was so popular among conservatives. It requires an awful lot of faith in the government.

 

One wonders how long it will be before every church, scout group, and sports club shuts down and leaves the state.

I think life no parole would be better when they start offing priests and softball coaches things might change.
