Then why investigate what is clear to members of Congress? They define it by showing examples of it. The Constitution does the same thing and yet they're still trying to redefine its meaning to fit their narrative, rather than what the actual Constitution says about it.

I am more about thrashing the silly anti Trump hysteria than defending a guy that annoys me to no end. Btw since most of the Talibiden vote for sleepy Joe because they don't like Trump, it's fair for some of us on the other side to do the same. And unlike most of the Biden "supporters" I articulate why I will vote for Trump based on its impact on me.

No, they don't define it, they enforce it (if they feel like it). The Constitution doesn't define it either.

Your have your vote, and you can use it any way you want. You are a die hear Trump apologist, so of course you'll vote for him. I am not voting for either. And feel free to trash Biden all you want, but don't expect me to come to his defense. Defending politicians is your game, not mine

    So, pretty much everyone
Really? Law enforcement officers make America the best country in the world?
    Well, that leaves out Trump
    Again, pretty much everyone

Noted that you only could answer one statement

What is more important is what YOU believe is needed.
What kind of proof would you consider "beyond a reasonable doubt"?

I am not a die hard Trump apologist and I laugh at your constant contrarian nonsense. You sit back and attack constantly and pretend your posts are above partisanship. It's trite. I defend some of Trump's policies. anyone who supports gun rights has to see Trump as the better choice over Biden if they understand the importance of Judicial appointments.

Trump or RFK, anyone but Bribed Joe.

Biden Waves 1st-Term Résumé at a Skeptical America

'Polling shows that a majority of Americans disapprove of his job performance. Many Americans say they benefited more from the policies of Mr. Trump. Most concerning for Mr. Biden, his support remains underwhelming among key parts of the Democratic coalition, including Black and Hispanic Americans and younger voters.'

so tell us how Trump has objectively harmed you, and what Biden has done to make things better for you

If you do, you might be the first Biden supporter to actually do that

This list actually says it all (Sore Loser Trump failed at many of these - Infrastructure, over $8T in debt, etc). There's one thing missing from this list. America was hurt by Trump. His hateful rhetoric led to near constant unrest in our streets. It's good to have a Statesman like Biden. Our streets are relatively peaceful. Trump is all about HATE.

that's laughable nonsense. You complain about Trump being about Hate, the hate shown towards Trump started before he was even sworn in

I love the crap about senile Joe bringing down gas prices. that's some serious disconnect with reality. Do you like him allowing millions of illegals in? How about using race/gender rather than qualifications to appoint supreme court justices ?

I have a PHEV, and power my house and most of my car with renewables. I spend about $5- $10 a month on gasoline. Maybe you should try it, then you can quit B****ing about gas prices. I like what Dado had to say about immigration (4 posts up).

    AND
given the opportunity to address Trump's biggest "bitch," the border...
Trump ordered Republicans to kill the effort because "it might help Biden."

Any illegal immigrants or fentanyl that comes across the border in 2024 is on Trump.

your situation is irrelevant to America. And your charge against Trump is bullshit, He is not the one who determines policy, signs or votes on laws.

The president is not part of the Legislative process? What a ridiculous statement. Trump's a Sore Loser man-child who did nothing for America, except spew hatred.

The real question could well be --- Taylor Swift - Biden or Trump? Sounds like one false statement by the Orange man, and the Swifties could be lost for Trump.

    https://www.theguardian.com/music/2...t-us-election-politics-joe-biden-donald-trump

In May 2020, when that year’s presidential nomination process was all but sewn up – much like this year’s Super Tuesday – Swift took to the platform then known as Twitter to spit at Trump: “After stoking the fires of white supremacy and racism your entire presidency, you have the nerve to feign moral superiority before threatening violence? ‘When the looting starts the shooting starts’??? We will vote you out in November.”
