https://www.newsweek.com/joe-biden-ballot-alabama-ohio-presidential-election-1888783 This is the same story in two states. The DNC is not scheduled to certify Biden's primary victory in Alabama and Ohio until after the deadline to put Biden on the ballot. Rather than just waiting until the deadline passes and then keeping him off, the Republican Secretary of States are publicly warning the DNC to get their act together and meet the deadline. There are processes in place for potentially bypassing the law, but it seems at least in Ohio, that it requires a legislative effort to pass a resolution giving Biden an exception. It's strange that the DNC is relying on exceptions to get their candidate on the ballot, Biden isn't a small third-party candidate struggling to deal with the nomination process in each state. He's the incumbent President of a major party. The DNC under Jaime Harrison's leadership is pretty crazy and seems to be completely disorganized.
Ironic that it is the DNC being incompetent and not meeting deadlines but it Republicans trying to to get them to meet their legal deadlines. Compare that to how the ENC keeps making fake lawsuits (which it keeps losing) to block bother RFO and Trump from the ballot. That is before we even get into their false partisan weaponization of their offices in an attempt to subvert elections via lawfare. Democrats are exactly the criminals they falsely accuse everyone else of being.
