    Link: Iran launches dozens of drones toward Israel

    Iran has launched more than 100 drones toward Israel, according to an Israeli military official, in retaliation for an Israeli strike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus earlier this month...

    ... Iran's Defense Minister Brig. Gen. Mohammad Reza Ashtiani issued a stark warning to any country that allows Israel to utilize its airspace or territory for attacking Iran, saying they will face a “decisive response” from Iran.

    “Any country that opens its airspace or soil to Israel to attack Iran will receive our decisive response,”...

    Brandon is reportedly in the situation room. I couldn't be more relieved.

    Too soon to consider legacies.....as this situation just got hotter with Iranians reaction. But I take your point as Israeli leadership has been lacking. His motives have been questionable from the onset as the war became one way of hanging on to power. So much destruction and what exactly have they achieved?? Wars don't counter act terrorist attacks. Now the surrounding areas are on full alert. The drones have not impacted yet , as it takes time. BBC is covering this live with superb reporting. Situation : explosive. Don't think it is fiar to blame Biden....... as this mess is not his doing. Israel is not listening to anyone's advice , including the US .
    Meanwhile the lack of action by the US to help Ukraine is giving Russia an advantage as they move into more territory Ukraine is running out of defense equipment. This hot spot in the ME is a great distraction from Russian invasion of Ukraine. I bring that up as now there are two hot spots, and the world is more unstable.

    Since America First became the operative slogan...... the US is diminished.

    Now, we watch for Israeli reaction.

    Israeli media report that some of the projectiles have been shot down over Jordan and Syria. Iran had threatened to retaliate for an Israeli attack on one of its consulates in Syria.

    First of all, I hope this attack doesn't drag us into this war more than we already are. Second, it looks like Israel is getting slammed pretty hard.

    Iran is being pretty gutsy here because Israel can several damage or shut down their oil facilities and that will hurt. Also, right now, today, Biden needs to stop ignoring the sanctions that were place on Iran.

    What truth?? Trump does not say HOW this all could have been prevented. Or how his "magical" powers would have prevented this mess. Just more hot air and no substance. IF has has valid solutions , why not share them with Washington, instead of playing political verbal games. and offering grandiose , unrealistic statements. Believe the man at your own risk. The day he says something of SUBSTANCE that is logical and realistic...... one might give him some (a little ) cred.

    I recall when the left said Israel's response to 10/7 should be proportional. After seeing what Iran is doing over the loss of 7 people and not 1200, I wonder what they have to say about this attack.
