Rising temperature drove increased CO2 production in the biosphere. Please read what has already been presented to you.
For that you will have to read the linked paper. The very short answer is that rising temperature causes increased natural CO2 production.
IOW you have no evidence to support your claim that the recent increase in atmospheric CO2 was not caused by human activity. So how does rising temperature cause increased CO2 production, and what is the extra CO2 produced from?
That's not really a relevant question. Of course CO2 is part of human activity. So is breathing. The relevant question is how many people do you want to kill to achieve your CO2 aims? Every question, particularly one this complicated, has at least 2 sides. Time to choose.
None of that, however, changes the fact that recent global warming from the increase in atmospheric CO2 is caused by human activity. That was a statement of fact, and not a question. So how many people are killed by replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy sources which more directly use solar energy and don't increase atmospheric CO2 and global warming?
That is the subject of the paper already linked for you. This may help. The Conclusion Humans Drive Atmospheric CO2 Increases Is Undermined By Carbon Isotope Data By Kenneth Richard on 18. March 2024 “From modern instrumental carbon isotopic data of the last 40 years, no signs of human (fossil fuel) CO2 emissions can be discerned.” – Koutsoyiannis, 2024 It is routinely claimed that a telltale sign human emissions (fossil fuels) have irrevocably altered the atmospheric CO2 concentration is a declining trend in carbon isotope 13 (δ13C), considered an interruption of natural carbon cycle processes. But new research examining isotopic data from four observation sites (South Pole, Mauna Loa, Barrow, La Jolla – regarded as “global” in their coverage) indicates there is no isotopic pattern consistent with a human fingerprint. “The standard metric δ13C is consistent with an input isotopic signature that is stable over the entire period of observations (>40 years), i.e., not affected by increases in human CO2 emissions.” In fact, not only has the input isotopic CO2 signature not been declining as proposed by those who believe humans are fully responsible for the increase in atmospheric CO2 concentration, but, according to multiple detection techniques using both modern data and paleo data extending to the Little Ice Age (16th to mid-19th century), δ13C [input] has actually been increasing. This directionality is the exact opposite of what is supposed to happen if fossil fuels were driving atmospheric CO2 increases. “…for the longer subperiod lengths, 20 and 30 years, the tendencies are clearly increasing, opposite to the hypothesis that they are caused by fossil fuel emissions” “…the trends are small and always positive, again contradicting the fossil fuel origin of the phenomenon” “…from period B to C [1899-1976 to 1977-1997], we note an increase in δ13C [input, from -13.9‰ to -12.9‰], contradicting the fossil fuel origin of the phenomenon” Image Source: Koutsoyiannis, 2024
So how does rising temperature cause increased CO2 production, and what is the extra CO2 produced from?
A previous paper takes up cause and effect in detail. A key element is that rising temperature accelerates ocean outgassing. Accelerated outgassing increases CO2, which drives greening. On Hens, Eggs, Temperatures and CO2: Causal Links in ... MDPI https://www.mdpi.com › ... by D Koutsoyiannis · 2023 · Cited by 6 — In a subsequent (2022) two-paper study, Koutsoyiannis et al. [6,7] developed a more complete theoretical framework by revisiting
So how do rising temperatures produce more CO2 from chooks and eggs? But what caused the recent increases in global warming to make the chooks and eggs produce more CO2? And what came first, the chicken or the egg, or did increased global warming or increased atmospheric CO2?
A key element is that rising temperature accelerates ocean outgassing. Accelerated outgassing increases CO2, which drives greening. Koutsoyannis makes no claim about the cause of warming, but he notes that: "The causes of the warming must be analogous to those that resulted in the Medieval Warm Period around 1000 AD, the Roman Climate Optimum around the first centuries BC and AD, the Minoan Climate Optimum at around 1500 BC, and other warming periods throughout the Holocene."
In the first world we destroy both our infrastructure by changing to stuff that really doesn't work that well while spending boatloads of money and bankrupting the country leaving us to become a conquered Chinese annexation. And in the third world they're basically ignoring calls to do that stupid stuff and nobody's going to make them do it. So nobody gets killed. Yet. But that's only because nobody's figured out how to make people do stupid stuff like that.
So what caused the rising temperature, and where does the outgassing come from, and does it come from the chooks or the eggs? And what came first - the chicken or the egg?
Outgassing from the ocean is constant.
So what on Earth has that got to do with increases in global temperatures being caused by increased atmospheric CO2 from human activity.
And what relevance have papers on outgassing of chooks and eggs and flying pigs got to do with the recent increased global warming and climate change caused by increased atmospheric CO2 from human activity.
Hmmmm Did a little digging because this tripe has to be broken down somewhere by those with a deeper level of understanding than I https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/10.1098/rspa.2022.0529 Actually the whole paper is an interesting read because it points out the many ways in which Koutsoyiannis played “hide the lolly” with this so called paper. Also there is this https://andthentheresphysics.wordpress.com/2023/10/01/scientifically-intriguing/
These graphs are beyond denial, and that's what scientists worldwide continue to point out. Somebody cherry-picked the time from 1950-1975. From your temperature/CO2 graph, CO2 wasn't going up at a very fast rate at that point. The trajectory has increased dramatically, and the temperature just follows right along that line. Deniers have no explanation!
And the worst claimed that the recent increases in global temperatures were caused by increases in solar activity despite a lack of any correlation on the graph.
