What an absolute tragedy! The homeowner probably should have called the police first but the scammers created the misunderstanding that led to the Uber driver's death and should absolutely be held responsible if they can be located. Condolences to the driver's family:

 

There comes a point where very elderly people need to take basic safety classes to asses their capacity for certain things — driving is a huge issue.

Hopefully this person is removed from the general population for the duration of their life.

 

In Biden's high crime America, everyone seems to be a little paranoid.

The races of the people involved are immediately thrown in our faces, why? If the races were reversed, would they even be mentioned at all?

If that is what the voters of a state vote for, that is what they should get. On the other hand, if the voters of the state vote for 3rd trimester abortions, that is what they should get. The power to ban or legalize abortions should not rest with the federal government, it should remain with the states. This will allow Americans to live in communities that share their values.

 

If parent's had a choice, then there would not be laws in some states that prevent parents from intervening in affirmation care of their children . Just like abortion, where some states allow any age up to birth for abortion, while other states have banned it entirely.
