So why did the Trump team not present this earlier and have this case dismissed? :) They are not even arguing it in court just on the media channels that don't challenge them.

But! New York law says you can't lie and bribe your way past unfaltering issues; that's fraud.

They have and will be doing again, you seem to forget there is a biased judge on the bench.

So explain what is the other felony that brings back the expired misdemeanor charge, when was he convicted of this felony and be specific.

The statute of limitations ran out on that and any fraud would have been TO HIMSELF it was a PERSONAL business record of no tax consequence.

So of what felony was he convicted that is tied to the personal record and be specific.

Who was charged and convicted with the campaign colluding with Russia?

You have yet to refute any of the outstanding evidence in the Biden impeachment inquirey so what is the basis of your claim it is a hoax. Explain what was the legitimate business purpose of the tens of millions they were receiving from our worst foreign adversaries and produce the original loan documents from The Big Guy, prove he loaned the money.

We have proof our worst foreign adversaries were paying off the Biden influence peddling syndicate, evidence which remains unrefuted. Feel free to provide it and the proof it was all legitimate business and the family loans were actually made.

Until you do your assertions that Trump is the criminal and not Biden is laughable.

First it was a PERSONAL business record to HIMSELF. There were no tax consequences and even it there were a violation it was a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations ran out long ago.

It's the claim of the underlying felony that is on trial here and neither you nor anyone can show what was that crime because BRAGG HASN'T and won't tell Trumps defense team what it is. Bragg just simply declared him a felon.

It is VITAL since they have plenary jurisdiction of such laws government PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN FINANCE. Bragg cannot charge let alone convict Trump of a FEDERAL CRIME.

How many times does this have to be explained.

So what is the felon for which Trump has been CONVICTED that is the basis to ramp up this minor business record violation?

If you know so much then tell us the exact statute of this underlying felony for which Trump has been convicted.

Trump is whining, flailing his victim card and lashing out at officers of the court, their families, and witnesses.

His cringing lickspittles enjoy that sort of thing, but his tedious tantrums have no bearing on his legal plight.

Who was charged with anything related to the crime family? This has been investigated twice as long as the collusion. When will Manafort explain why he have polling data to a Russian agent?

A payment is a bribe when it's used to give money to a government official and only then is it illegal.

Congress literally has a slush fund to pay hush money. YOU pay for that.

You’d think that a basic issue like the limitations period would have been resolved earlier.

    It's seems you're wrong.

    You (my question)
have the statute of limitations run out on trumps hush money charges?

    Copilot
    Using the web
Based on the latest information, the hush money trial related to former President Donald Trump is currently ongoing123. The case involves alleged concealment of a $130,000 payment to adult entertainment star Stormy Daniels by Michael Cohen, Trump’s then-lawyer, shortly before the 2016 presidential election4.

As for the statute of limitations, it appears that the judge presiding over the trial has ruled that all claims are allowable under the statute of limitations5. This means that the statute of limitations has not run out for this case5. However, please note that legal proceedings can be complex and the situation may change as the case progresses. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it’s best to refer to official court documents or trusted news sources.

Read Trumps several motions to dismiss and all that is required is the APPEARANCE of conflict which the Judges precious campaign donations and daugthers fund raising in the trial cerntainly do for me.

    So another dodge

Explain what is the other felony that brings back the expired misdemeanor charge, when was he convicted of this felony and be specific.

Why did he rule the statute of limitations didn't apply?
Geez that's not even the same case.

Give me the specific felony foe which Trump was convicted and be specific.
