Ironic post WBK, it's Trump that does not want his crimes to be adjudicated.

Since she has been in possession of a illegal firearm. But the public and law enforcement first learned about it when she admitted to a felony while under oath.

So either she's a criminal for possessing an illegal firearm or she's a criminal for perjuring herself. But we know she's a criminal for illegal firearm possession because the police seized it from her.

All well and good. Has she been convicted? Or pled to a crime ?

Since she admitted under oath that she committed a felony.

    By definition, yes she is.

You don't have to conceal the fact that you own an illegal firearm for you to commit a crime.

The laws in NY are clear on how you execute a will and how firearms can transfer ownership upon death. What you can't do is keep a firearm without a license. That is a crime and it comes with a mandatory minimum 3.5 year prison sentence. Additionally, she's been divorced since 1990. This isn't the case of her husband "dying."

You're making a lot of excuses to justify criminal firearm possession, none of them have any basis in the law. If she wanted to keep a firearm for personal protection she should have had a license.

You don't just "buy a license." You go through a background check. As a woman who paints and talks to trees, names her pets Vagina, who brags about living in a "mouse house," and says rape is "sexy," it's possible she doesn't have the mental stability to own a firearm in NY.

No, because as you know, she's apparently above the law. Now you get caught owning an illegal firearm in NY and see what happens to you. But great job illustrating this fact by asking a question you already know the answer to.

I've heard that she also bilked a very nice man out of millions of dollars! Surely that's some sort of crime.

You know gun laws vary from state to state. If NY required dim wit to have a license then she is liable. When we talk about gifting guns or inheriting guns a universal background check is not required.

Subjectively applied laws undermine the concept of having laws in the first place.

That being said, mandating someone get 'permission' to defend herself is a greater crime.

My, my how gun loving righties change their tune when they want to put someone in jail that they hate. This is your revenge for her winning her case against the Orange sexual predator ? You want a "politically motivated" prosecution ?

Personally, I've never been in favor of people violating the law to possess a firearm without a license. I am in favor of legal possession of firearms and keeping firearms out of the hands of criminals. Isn't it a shame you can't say the same?

You talk a good game ,but that's about it. When you righties close the gun show loophole , call me. Until then your pronouncements are fake.

BTW, if Jean goes to trial, all she needs is one gun loving rightie on the jury to hang her case. Isn't it great ?

More fallacious arguments. Stop pretending you care about the "gun show loophole." It's clear you support illegal firearm possession. You will not find any post of mine that you have lumped in with "you righties" here. I have always been in favor of legal firearm ownership. Just because you support criminal ownership of firearms doesn't mean you can push your feelings and fantasies onto me and "you righties."

There's no such thing as a gun show loophole.

If you need a license for something it stops being a right.

Gee, I must have struck a nerve there.

For example , you can’t support “legal gun ownership” when the gun show loophole amounts to an illegal transfer of s firearm .

Thanks for your unsupported opinion Bill.
Having seen how little you know of the law and how slanted your opinions are toward the right, we can safely ignore your pronouncement.

    Thanks

There's nothing magic about a gun show that makes it a BGC zone.

You've been lied to all these years about the "gun show loophole".
