Ok then pal, well maybe they should fire them instead of just rhetoric?

Israel don’t seem to threaten at the moment they seem to be getting their business done. Where is this arsenal of weaponry you claim Iran possess to be exploited on the state of Israel when your Shiite brothers need it the most?

Israel has denied being involved in the strike against the PMU in Iraq, if that is what you are referring to.

Why aren't they launching them, as promised, then?

Iran is rightly treating the prank not claimed officially by Israel as an act of domestic terrorism and sabotage, albeit with strong suspicion the operation was carried out under Israeli auspices by their Iranian "proxies" from inside Iran.

He’s taking away more land to drill on in Alaska as well. He has no intention of cheap energy or reliable energy at all.

I don’t think Israel are in a position to deny anything at the moment, it’s well documented what they are doing and they are quite blasé about it to be fair. If they deny it, why and for what for what reason?

The only reason our footprint is smaller is because of liberal anti war ideals. No super power was a super power without a foreign presence. Not one and liberals think we can keep our superiority without foreign intervention. It’s a moronic idea that isn’t backed by history at all. It’s not the fault of our arsenals superiority dropping, it’s the fault of politics that is scared to do what it takes to maintain superiority. Superior people do harsh things to maintain superiority. It’s a fact of life. If we don’t do it someone else will, and their superiority will be used to hinder us.

Correct me if I am wrong but are you saying the missiles were fired by Israeli agents working inside of Iran? Or the Israeli missile fired toward Iran?

Ok so there is no chance it couldn’t be them? I mean nobody in that region has other enemies? Even within their own nations?

Iranian Monitor, it’s of interest to me, so you currently live in Iran? Or are you an ex-pat? I don’t mean to pry and obviously not asking about where you live exactly but do you actually live in Iran?

They weren't missiles. They were toy-like quadropod drones fired from inside Iran.

Below is a picture of Iran's S-300 but I will also post a picture of a Russian one where the "flip radar" (claimed by some to have been damaged or destroyed in the Israeli operation) is also shown.

Lets assume the satellite imagery does in fact verify the claimed damage to the flip radar. The same satellite analysis shows the S-300 battery (mounted on a truck) was right next to the S-300 and the S300 itself wasn't impacted. Can anyone really believe a long range missile (much less 3) hit its target without leaving any other marks, not even damage to the trucks as indicated by satellite imagery? What kind of payload these "missiles" carry to make such a super limited impact? The damage is actually consistent with the toy-like quadropod drones Iran engaged. Maybe one of these drones got through before the others were shot down. But this is a sabotage operation from inside Iran like others Israel has engaged in. These operations are carried out by Iranian cells (mostly MEK types) that work and get paid by the Israelis.

Iran has plausible deniability, giving them the chance to save face.

Well Joe .. congrats in a sensible response if nothing else but, I disagree with most of your conclusions. If you look at spending the Dems have been just as neocon and Red.

In 2000 -- Total Military Spending was ~ 300 Billion .. after 911 under Baby Buch and Tricky Dick -- that spend rocketed to 900 Billion .. then under Obama . went over 1 Trillion. Had we maintained 2000 spend levels - increasing with inflation - we could have freed up 500 Billion/year x 16 years = 8 Trillion for - roads - infrastructure - technology - ramping up our economy to compete in the 3rd millennium .

Instead went down the toilet in pointless forever wars . . the point of which is to funnel Cash into the defense contractors. .. Now that total is over 1.3 Trillion a year .. and what did we get for all this spend .. 20 times that of Russia . ??? where did all that money Go .. and into what .. because there sure was no shortage of it.. alot went to our intelligence agencies to better spy on US citizens .. .. Veterans pensions - costs money all those wounded coming back from our forever wars . and then just ridiculously dumb projects such as the F-35 .. building more carriers .. trying to maintain hegemony in areas and in ways no longer feasible.

"History"--- What History says is that as technology spreads - the cost of projecting power increases - bankrupting every world empire that has tried to maintain hegemony under such conditions. .. That's what History say.

After the cold war Russia was finished economically .. could not match the US plane for plane .. ship for ship .. so started working on Niche technologies .. missiles - electronic warfare - submarines. How many carriers does Russia have ? One (1) and we are not even sure if that one is in service. Part of the reason is that in the mid 90's Russia came out with the worlds first super sonic anti ship cruise missile .. at the time we had no defense .. and not much has changed since then. We knew it .. they knew it .. in a matter of time our Carrier fleet was obsolete against an enemy with such technology.

But .. not many had it . and we not going to war with Russia. India joined in with Russia in the 90s and China a few years after that .. and for the last 25 years the Russia-India- China Consortia have been working together on this technology --- all of which now have hypersonic missiles .. but again .. this and the supersonic cruise missile technology was only in the hands of the consortia.

Now the clone wars have begun .. and the missile technology has spread ... anyone with cash can have this stuff .. and now we can't put a charrier within 1000 miles of land .. sure we can shoot down a few of these incoming threats .. but we run out of ammo very quickly.. The enemy can send cheap drones and missiles until the battle group runs out .. spending Billions on defense .. then they just sit there until they get blown up.

The Iron Dome for one day-- against a putzy attack from Iran .. spend 1.3 Billion .. the USA and allies another Billion more .. shooting down mostly slow moving cheap drones. Iran can send daily attacks like that every day for months .. Israel out of missiles in the first week .. the rest of the month the missiles fly uninterrupted.

The cost of projecting power has gone way way through the roof .. and we have chosen to put our resources in the most stupid places .. on the basis of political stupidity ... the dysfunction in our system beyond the imagination .. the only close equivalent in dysfunction our Health-care system

Simply put, you are not a serious participant in this discussion. I return your joke with another in the same vibe.

None of that was invective friend. As stated: I returned to your argument the amount of serious discussion it merited.

Which is to say you made a wild claim entirely unsupported by fact, and I told you it was silly.

Triggered? Is that what you imagine me japing at you indicates? Is that how people indicate their anger in your nation of Russia? By telling a joke?

Referring to the OP: I am confident no missile impacted the S-300 battery at the Isfahan airbase which Israel allegedly targeted.

The "probable" damage to the "flip radar" deduced from high resolution satellite imagery (with no other damage or craters) is more consistent with a quadropod mini-drone getting through or, alternatively debris from an Israeli missile intercepted by Iran's Bavar 373 system (which might have been activated based on videos and sounds from above ground explosions). In either case, the Israeli operation was either more akin to a prank or, alternatively, an abject failure. The latter perhaps explaining why Netanyahu seems upset about the "disclosures" from US officials about Israel's purported strike.

Separately, no one has still assumed responsibility for the subsequent (very real) attack against the PMU in Iraq. All the initial triumphant declarations by pro Israel outlets linking the attack to Israel's retaliation against Iran and pro Iran forces, suddenly interrupted by the unusual affirmative denials by Israel (and then CENTCOM denying US involvement but saying nothing on Israel's role one way or another).
