The National Guard is part of the U.S. military. It’s called the National Guard for a reason. It guards the nation.

Just a good reason friend.. that stacks up higher than the atrocity .. all about the scales of Justice at the end now isn't it. Out of curiosity what do you think the opinion of Jesus would be ?! Torturing raping and murdering those American Nuns .. and missionaries ... death squads .. trained in the art of terror at the Rotten Ronnie School of the America's --- dragging children over barbed wire -- in front of parents - "Till the flesh hung from bone"

Out of Curiosity D .. what would the opinion of Jesus be ..and what do you figure it would take to get him to change that opinion ? :)

Is it possible that many regions of the world have become very tired of US arrogance after 20+ years of the US Global War Of Terror? Other countries in Africa are apparently fed up with the French influence and style. The US builds military airbases and bombs people around the world, while China builds soccer stadiums.

    It seems obvious to me.

I'm for bringing all the troops home. Niger is a good place to start.

We agree here. The federal government could learn a lot about effective international relations from the Chinese. They are smarter than us in this area.

This was not a loss to China for one. But I do see where you are coming from. The loss is not good. Influence is something we should strive for and even this administration knew that.
