If, on its face, it’s alleging things that aren’t a crime—-which is what you’re trying to say, then they’re not alleging a crime. Right?

are you claiming senile Joe had that? or Kamala Ho-the girl who checked every quota box for affirmative action but couldn't get into any of the top California law schools despite her father being tenured at Stanford?

Are there any black politicians you don’t claim are a product of AA? Are you as contemptuous of legacy admissions?

when i was at yale, the legacy kids had HIGHER GPAs and SAT scores than the average student. the student that won the top scholar award-well lets see-in 1979 it was a Rhodes Scholar whose father attended Yale, 1980 it was a Rhodes Scholar whose father attended Yale, in my class it was an EIGHTH GENERATION Legacy and from what I recall, the 1982 winner was a legacy as well. plenty of local black politicians aren't affirmative action cases-especially those who represent majority black areas. Now Obama was, his educational achievement was tainted by AA. he should have lost his primary election for senator-but somehow sealed divorce court records about his front running Democrat opponent were leaked.

anyone who attended Harvard Law school or any of the 12 or so other elite law schools knows that someone without even an honors degree from Columbia never would have been accepted at a Law school such as Harvard if they were white. I probably knew over 200 people (not counting my law school) who applied to the big three law schools-Harvard Yale and Stanford, and I only know one case of someone who was white and didn't have at least MAGNA Cum laude who was accepted into Harvard, and that was a guy who missed Yale Magna by one A and was a three time All American-among other things.

Ty Cobb, Trump's lawyer while in the WH on how Graff connected dots because there's a big fiction in Trump's defense that he didn't have a relationship with McDougal & Stormy.
Trump handicapped his lawyers by lying,

Why ask others a question, when you dismiss their answers the way you do. Sorry, but that does not enhance the conversation.

its a rhetorical question; the steaming turd Alvin Bragg timed it to help Biden the most. BTW his financial records are going to get some serious investigations the next time there is a GOP US Attorney in the Southern District of NY. the guy has made millions and none of the jobs he has held (associate at a law firm, the rest were government positions) explain that sort of wealth. he's another affirmative action joke as well

I find it odd, and very interesting, that today's conservatives sound so much like the ever-protesting youth of the 1960s and 70s, with no end to "police state" conspiracy theories. I strongly suspect that few had this attitude BT (Before Trump). But now that their political hero has shown himself beyond reasonable doubt to have engaged in criminal activities, of course the right sees it as a "creeping police state." Otherwise, they would have to admit to themselves that he isn't worthy of their adoration.
At the kitchen table, it's all about the economy. Only a small minority are concerned with, much less agree with, your police state conspiracy.
We have always gotten the government we deserve.
Of course you do. Trump has been telling you so for some time.

Great stuff. Do you job and some bastard comes after you. Who'd want to work in the USA where 'No good deed goes unpunished.' It's all about a cycle of vengeance.

Investigators local, state, and federal; private investigators and attorneys hired by the Trump campaign; no stone left unturned; 62 failed lawsuits. Add them up.

    There. Was. No. Voter. Fraud.

No "critical thinking" can be applied to the underhanded shenanigans that Trump supporters engaged in, beginning before the election.

That's some almost comical revisionist history.

If it were not for James Comey, Hillary would likely have won in 2016. How soon we forget that it was he who made it a point to go loudly public when some of her emails were found on Anthony Weiner's laptop (he was her personal assistant's husband). A few days later, Comey made a much quieter announcement that there was nothing of note on Weiner's laptop. All of this took place less than two weeks before the election.

You should get down on your knees and thank your dear fluffy lord for James Comey.

    Wow!
If Trump had nothing to do with Stormy then why did she and Trump keep in touch, she had Rhona 's number and Keith's Schiller's number, Trump called her and visa versa.
She never thought of being on the "Apprentice", that's was Trump's idea which he talked to her about on that infamous night.
So is that why Rhona Graff had her listed as Stormy" and not Stephanie Cliffords in her contacts?

Even though this trial isn't about Trump having had sex with either Stormy or Mc Dougal what happens if it's proven during the trial that he did and his denials have all been a lie?

Trump/National Enquirer knew about Stormy telling her story to the media since 2011 when she did her first interview yet it wasn't until she was going public again in 2016 that Trump/Cohen paid her off.

Musta been that election they were real worried about, eh?. lol

Stormy Daniels’ Explosive Full Interview on Donald Trump Affair: “I Can Describe His Junk Perfectly” (EXCLUSIVE)
    NEWS
    Mar 25, 2018 7:52 pm·
    By In Touch Staff

'Porn star Stormy Daniels confirmed she had an affair with Donald Trump in an exclusive 2011 interview with In Touch, five years before she was reportedly paid $130,000 by the president to stay silent about the fling. Here is the full transcript of the interview conducted by former Bauer Publishing reporter Jordi Lippe-McGraw. Subsequent to the interview, Ms. Daniels took and passed a polygraph test. The account of her affair was corroborated by one of her good friends and supported by her ex-husband, both of whom also passed polygraph tests. This interview has been lightly edited for clarity and style.'

you can google it as easily as I did but several sources say he's worth over FORTY MILLION DOLLARS
https://www.sarkariexam.com/alvin-bragg-net-worth-how-much-is-bragg-worth/605713 (this is a fawning article over Bragg BTW)

Apart from his salary, Bragg’s assets include various real estate properties and an investment portfolio valued at $18 million. Additionally, he owns several luxury cars, including a Mercedes-Benz AMG GT, Jaguar F-TYPE, BMW X7, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Porsche Macan, and Lexus ES. His financial growth and accumulated wealth reflect both his accomplishments in the field of law and his success in politics.

He never had a legal position that could generate such wealth. He was an associate at a law firm-even the top ones weren't paying more than a couple hundred K when he got out of law school,

    from another site

Alvin Bragg began his legal career as a clerk for federal district judge Robert P. Patterson Jr. He later joined the law firm Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello as an associate, where he focused on white-collar fraud and civil rights issues. In 2003, Bragg joined the office of the Attorney General of New York and became the chief of litigation and investigations for the New York City Council in 2009. Later he served as assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York.

In 2017, Eric Schneiderman, who was then serving as attorney general, appointed Bragg as the Chief Deputy Attorney General of New York. In this role, Bragg oversaw the criminal justice and social justice divisions. He was responsible for managing lawsuits brought by the state against high-profile entities such as the Donald J. Trump Foundation, Harvey Weinstein, and The Weinstein Company. Additionally, Bragg was involved in the issue of adding a citizenship question to the 2020 United States Census.

now i was a Assistant US Attorney for 24 years. I maxed out in terms of salary. I guarantee you he wasn't making more than 175K a year there and when you are an AUSA you cannot have outside legal employment. Office of the AG in NY? the AG-the top guy made about 200K in 2019. one of the subordinates is not making more than the AG.

anyone find a job this guy had that would allow him to make 41 million dollars in wealth

Is his personal income as a Lawyer his only source of wealth? If so, yes, I agree with you.
