I am going to.....

Gop down to Alabama and open a diner. While I am there, I am going to put up a sign that says no rednecks allowed, as a joke. We will only service non whites and I am going to see how long it takes white people, especially the ones who support segregation to complain about the policy.

My thesis is that the people who complain about not being allowed in my diner are the same ones who support segregation and would have no problem with it if it was a whites only restaurant. I am also assuming that the people who complain will try to find some legal way to make me change the policy, even though they always talk about how a business should be allowed to run any way they want without government interference, and refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Did I say that all white southerners were like that? No...But there are plenty of them that are...and plenty of them that have have political power.

 

yes I have and I was threaten with an ass kicking because I brought my black girlfriend into a restaruent that was owned by some hick with no teeth who told me that they don't serve "her kind" there. There were several places like that. Maybe it's just Mobile that is like that.

But my point was that most of those people who are like that would complain and oppose that kind of treatment if it was them that were being oppressed.

Love it. I've said for a long time that affirmative action is no longer needed. I want to know what companies are racist and what companies are not. No one should be allowed to sue for that. A large majority would boycott any company that espouses racism in these times.

I don't think the people that support segregation would care. They'd probably be happy about it. You'd be giving segregation supporters exactly what they want, wouldn't you? They want races separate anyway, so why would they care if your diner only served non-whites?
