    I am sure some people out there will be offended so first let me tell you i don't care, if you don't like my ideas, don't read them. I am only posting these ideas in the hopes someone out there might use them for the greater good of everyone, not so i can make money or go into politics. Frankly politicians disgust me, I am not a Republican or a Democrat or a member of any other political party. Educate yourself and make your own opinion.

    Now that said, if you have a differing opinion you are free to voice it in a civilized manner. People who chose to act like animals get treated as such.

    I will just be addressing recent hot button issues so if anything else comes to mind post it and I will think it through before replying.

    1.) Capital Punishment: If a man chooses to act like an animal he should be treated as an animal. Murderers, violent criminals who cannot be rehabilitated, pedophiles, and rapists if you ask me you already cashed your check. So may god have mercy; I do not.

    2.) Education: An uneducated public is easily controlled by people who would, for their own gain abuse them. That said; hire teachers, fund schools, and for gods sake pay these poor people appropriately for the job they do. They are teaching our future leaders. Some one once told me that there are only three professions that deserve respect. Mothers because they create and nurture life, teachers because they teach life, and solders because they end life.

    3.) Abortion: Its none of your (*)(*)(*)(*) business who gets scraped so leave the poor woman alone, her life is hard enough without you people making it harder.

    4.) Gun Control: I own a gun and know how to use it, every American should. So a 3 day wait is acceptable as is registration of fire arms. This helps to track stolen guns keeping them out of the hands of the people who would use them to hurt you, and buys time to prevent some murders not many but some, so leave things just as they are.

    5.) Same Sex Marriage/Gay Rights: Again for those nosey or maybe just plain rude people out there. "It's None of Your (*)(*)(*)(*) Business" if gays want to marry fine. They are people so they are entitled to the same rights as everyone else. Deal with it.

    6.) Welfare: Here I am going to rant. Some of us out here were not born with a silver spoon in our mouths. If you have never been on Welfare or so poor you needed it to survive then you have no idea so keep your trap shut. An adequate social safety net is required to help those less fortunate to live, it also helps reduce crime. Now before the Republicans jump me, let me just say a desperate man will do what he must to support his family. If we end poverty we seriously impact crime as well get it. Don't be an Idiot help the poor and make life better on everyone. No person in this country should ever for any reason be homeless or forgotten. If we forget our own what do we become.

    7.) Healthcare: This is a basic necessity of modern life and as such should be provided for those who cannot afford it, or would you prefer i send them to your house so you can watch them die. For those who like saying people from other countries come here for health care even when they have socialized health care check this. Why do they come here? Because their government said we cant afford your operation, well guess what that's your HMO's job here. Nothing will change except we will all get to see a doctor and for a change the rich have to wait in line like the rest of us.

    8.) Campaign Finance: No corporate money or money that comes from unknown donors. If it seems like fishy money it probably is. Corporations are not people too they are faceless entities that only care for making more money, any benefit gained from these giant corporations in most cases is purely accidental, or a PR gimmick to soften their image. Harbor no illusions profit is the bottom line for them, not people. Read up on the Robber Barons and the great depression its all happening again. Shady business is never good business and I do not know why it is tolerated if you have no morals go live with the terrorists we dont need you or want you.

    9.) Evolution: Why I was told this is an issue I will never know, but here we go. If you need to ask about this go back to school and pay attention this time, or maybe you are just not evolved enough to understand. I'm not saying there is no god I am pretty sure he exists what I am saying is don't be so literal. Unless you are god how the hell do you know he didn't evolve us over time. You don't! so shut your intolerant ignorant mouth.

    10.) Sharia Law: I as a retired service member will tell you we here in the USA will never let religious law subvert the Constitution. I would die before that, as well as anyone I know. I will defend to the death your right to practice your religion, but I will not be subjected to a religion I do not believe in. Like it or lump it religion has no place in government. Human rights are universal so respect them.

    11.) The Economy: Pay your workers a living wage they like to eat as well you know "No More Wage Slavery". Stop nickel and dimeing people there is such thing as to much profit if you are making 3000% profit on something you are robbing people as is, why do you need to charge them hidden fees along side that. The income of every American should be capped at 10 million USD a year if you can't live on that go some place else we don't want your kind or your money I live barely on 12k a year, and guess what it sucks if i had 10 million a year i would keep 1 million and give away the rest my family and I could live for a long time and very well on that. Wake up call for you aristocratic jerks there are more of us than there are of you and guess what you are not better than us.Tax People who are making money not those of us who are living paycheck to paycheck trying to keep from living on a street corner.

    12.) Law and Justice: If you can call it that. Case law is a joke and a violation of the constitution stop using it. Homelessness and poverty are not crimes stop making laws that push these people out of sight or put them in jail. They
    should be seen so that those people out there that think this is not a problem can see how many people are discarded by our society. If you don't want to watch these people suffer then help them if you don't like it to bad where are they going to go. Guess what this is real life for us poor people out there. Vagrancy laws blatantly violate the constitution and our human rights. Jail never rehabilitates anyone if you are in jail for 10 years or more you will never be normal again. If you think I am lying go visit the local prison. Jails just make better criminals if we solve the problems of poverty, education, and health care then jail will be needed much less frequently. I say health care because Ragan in the 1980's shut down all federally funded nut houses relicing many people out into the streets to become homeless and guess what they ended up in jail big surprise. They should be in hospitals where they can receive treatment and maybe some day be functioning members of sociaty.My standpoint on crime in general, for those people out there that just like to prey on others well I will say it again the way I mean it "If You Act Like An Animal Then We Should Put You Down Like One." People like that should be sent to hell so fast that they will be there for 10 minuets before they know its hell.

    and see all the social problems of this country simply ignoring it wont make it go away. Contrary to popular belief greed is not good. While the few get rich the many do the work well i say nuts to that no one should ever have so much money that they are above common decency and law. For the rest of you, God Bless You and God Bless America. For those who are out to use the system for personal gain remember there is a special place waiting for you in hell you made your choice now burn for it.

    Which will in all likelihood lead to an even poorer education for this nation's children.

    On a small scale nothing but when your whole world runs on greed and personal gain we make ourselves no better than beasts. Roaming around taking what we like with no thought of the consequence of our actions.

    I agree in principal with everything; but I am pro abortion. If they want to kill their unborn then that is good; less human trash down the road.

    Thank you all for posting and no I was not a Marine I was Air Force Special Ops. Though I spent a lot of time with the Army.

    I am not advocating redistributing every ones wealth just that Income Disparity must be made much smaller before those at the top of this Pyramid scheme of an economy have every thing and the rest of us are left to starve. If you are lucky or smart enough to be blessed with wealth and power it is your duty to improve the lives of those who allowed you to acquire such abundance. It is not your right to take advantage of people for personal gain for the sake of personal gain. People have a civic duty to advance the society they live in for the good of every one not just them selves, or else what is the point of society. No a ditch digger should not make as much as a doctor but they should make enough to live in relative comfort. It is an atrocity that in a country as developed as our own people are discarded by society and left to rot for no better reason than they are old, poor, or disabled. A topic that seems to be mostly ignored by politicians and the public in general. What do we do for these people? We open shelters that are more dangerous than living in the streets. We create laws that put them in prison for no other reason than they are less fortunate than others. This violates both the 5th and the 14th amendments.

    Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings

    No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

    In many cases when a homeless persons camp is found by police they are rounded up and their property destroyed to make them leave the area, if they are not fined and or thrown in jail. Where are they going to go without a physical address you cannot get a job or any help in any way.

    U.S. Constitution - Amendment 14


    Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights

    1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

    2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

    3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

    4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

    5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

    We cannot ignore this problem.

    Now as for market price regulation the way things are is fine as long as we close the gap between rich and poor putting every one closer to the same level. That level should be much less drastic. Its about respect in a sense, respect for your fellow man, for those who have been to prison I mean Respect not Fear that seems to be a source of confusion in prison mistaking one for the other. As for enslaving intelligence it is about social responsibility. We are all members of this country and as members of a nation we have cretin rights and responsibilities to our fellow men. If you were lucky enough or smart enough to better your self you have a responsibility to try and better your fellow mans conditions, or at the very least understand their plight. If a problem is not addressed then it never goes away it festers like an untreated wound until no cure can be effective.

    Since the dawn of man we have had the same class structure rich and poor, have and have not, and this has destroyed every government and society by dividing its people when they should be working together to better their nation. Not preying on one another to survive.

    A life like this cannot continue indefinitely and can only end in tragedy. What makes it worse is most of us can only watch the horror show for we lack the power to change anything. The law has failed to punish or prevent these continued abuses of power and privilege, the government has failed us and sided with money, what is the common man to do but suffer in silence and hope. Well guess what they say hope floats right lol. Well so does a turd when you drop it in the toilet. I am sorry if I appear to be a bully about things but the situation makes me very mad. I spent my life helping others and doing what was right only to be discarded by my Job, my country, and my government. Ask me if it was worth it. Yes and I would do it again because it was right all I ask is for those few who are causing the problems to do their jobs like I did mine. After that I can crawl into a hole some place and die happy knowing something changed for the better. Six years I spent defending this great nation only to come home and see us tear ourselves apart over a stupid lack of respect for our fellow man.

    Surprise people human behavior is predictable and once you know that you can manipulate people into doing what you want politically and financially. They teach this stuff to people in business, in Politics, and in psychology. You are being preyed on by very smart people, educate your selves learn their tricks and see the truth. There are so many more examples than the above.

    Eerie how similar the two are is it not maybe because they are basically the same thing. Advertising works kind of like smoking addiction first you plant the idea in someones mind then you associate it with things they enjoy and see every day. (I.E. Have you ever seen a fat kid in a Mac Donald's commercial, no its always kids having fun on a playground or some other pleasing place.) Next thing you know when ever you do that activity or go to a similar place BAM! The idea pops into you head. The same thing happens with smokers, (Note:I am not picking on smokers I smoke too and think the ever increasing rules about smoking are stupid and meaningless I know it will kill me Surprise again I do not care.) after they are addicted they begin to associate smoking with eating, conversation, or drinking next thing you know you are smoking when you do all there things because you associate smoking with these things. No advertising can't make you do anything but it can make you think about it.     You say that if a man chooses to act like an animal, he should be treated as such and you have no mercy for him. And you even put child molesters in this category. Yet apparently killing the child is not quite as bad as molesting them since you give people engaging in such behavior a free pass, telling everyone "leave the poor woman alone."

    Unless it is merely a matter of semantics and you allow women to get away with behavior you condemn in men, then you have two conflicting views.

    It is not my place to tell any woman what she may or may not do with her body. If she is not prepared or capable of being a mother she should not be. She should have kept her legs closed in the first place that I can agree on. Adoption is an option however not every child is adopted by a loving family and a life as a ward of the state is far worse in my opinion than death. Forcing the mother to take care of the child just leads to mothers who make the news by killing their babies. In the case of Rape or Incest it would be incredibly traumatic to force the victim of such an attack to bear the child of her attacker that would be victimizing her twice and condemning her to a life taking care of her attackers unwanted child. If you have any mercy you must know that sometimes death is a mercy. What is more sad a child dying or one living in his or her own personal hell in a house hold that shows them no love and never wanted them there. The true solution to the abortion problem is education and parental involvement in the lives of their children, but even then bad things still happen.

    as for child molesters and rapists they are psychologically sick and in many cases incurable a normal life where they do not prey on their preferred victims is almost impossible for them. So once again for our safety and as a mercy they should be put down. Prison only teaches them to not get caught and when they get out they become murderers as well as what ever they were before. I admit that not every one of them is like this however enough are that the odds of repeat offence make capital Punishment an acceptable solution.

    On a side note thank you for your post if we do not discuss these things nothing ever changes.

    There is the legality aspect to this. Abortion is 100% legal and is not seen legally as murder. It is an act within the law.

    That is also true. However it is in my humble opinion, a very distasteful act. That does not change the fact that it must remain as a last resort in the most unfortunate cases. I do not recommend it to anyone but if they do it I can not look down on them.

    Sadly and speaking from a purely economic view I am pro abortion.

    I am not pro choice; understand, I am pro abortion.

    I did some research into the numbers recently and found that if there were no abortions the US would be going in the hole over childrens homes. I applied teen birth rates to this as well and not only would there not be enough people willing to adopt the first wave out there but after 13 years the population would start to grow from births inside the homes.

    I hear all the pro lifers (anti abortion) people out there crying about it but if you are pro life you should sign a paper stating that and either pay extra taxes to take care of the un-aborted children or take 2 or three of them in.
    And some of these people adopt from China?

    Man I see the pro-life movement as the most liberal part of politics. No have the babies and someone else will pay for them.

    On a personal note I find the act detestable and those who have abortions (other than for reasons of rape, incest or threat to life beyond those to be expected with pregnancy) should be irreversibly sterilized (father as well).

    I will not however let these things distract me from the real goal of making a better life for my children. That means gay stuff, abortion, anything not related to the economy or foreign policy gets no rise out of me.

    When we can see a better future for our nations children we can focus on the non issue issues.

    I can never say I am pro-abortion, but I am not fully against it. There would be far less of a birth rate if we dealt with the problems behind youth pregnancy. (I.E. The Sexualization of children in media, Poverty, and Education)
