According to the 2010 census, there are 5.95 white women for every black woman. So if 3 times as many white women benefited from AA, STILL a higher percentage of black women would benefit.

 

Black folks make up 12% of the population, whites make up what around 70% of the population. Now if women are benefitting from AA what group do you think would have a higher % of women who benefit. I think that is pretty simple to figure out.

It has been proven over and over again that white women are the biggest beneficiaries of AA in America.

Why is it that black women still lag so far behind their white female counterparts? Could it be that white men—who still overwhelming control hiring and promotion in the workplace—chose the lesser of two evils, if you will, in advancing white women over black women.

If 24% of white women benefit from AA and 25% of black women benefit from AA, them A GREATER PERCENTAGE OF BLACK WOMEN benefited from AA.
A larger NUMBER of white women benefited, but a smaller percentage.
