Why is there fluoride in our water and arsenic in our chicken and apple juice?

Because corporations convince the FDA to allow it!

 

In Texas, where we are supposedly so heard-hearted, this would not happen to your friend.

If you have no income, you pay tiny co-pays like $10 for surgery. $5 for a script, through our tax-payer funded county health programs.

If you make money, but are uninsured and still cannot afford the entire cost of your care, there is a sliding scale so that there is no 'gap'.

I think this issue is best left to local governments and private charity.

The federal government chews up too much of the money we send it and can't design a program that is fitting for each area.
