    How so?
Make an argument. A statement means nothing.
I can easily support Revelation being about world domination.

No, it shouldn't be banned or outlawed anywhere.

First, it would be wrong to do so.
Second, you can't ban/outlaw what is in peoples heads and hearts.
Finally, I think trying to ban/outlaw an religion usually only results in more whack jobs joining that religion further diluting those within the religion who are good people.

Protectionist, you are unbelieveable. 36 pages in, and you still haven't given up on your ridiculous interpretation of the Supremacy Clause. Although I know you will just ignore it again, let's go over it ONE MORE TIME.
The first part of the clause establishes what is supreme- The US Constitution, Federal laws pursuant to the US Constitution, and Treaties. The second part establishes what is subordinate- STATE Constitutions and laws, along with state judges. This clause simply says that federal laws and the federal constitution take precedence over the state laws and constitutions, where they are in conflict. NOTHING MORE. Your interpretation is not only in disagreement with every other interpretation ever made, but it also is logically nonsensical, because you believe that it means that the US Constitution trumps itself. Not only that, under your version, federal law would trump the US Constitution, since it (federal law) is listed as one of the things which are "supreme", while you believe that selected parts of the US Constitution (the parts you don't like) are subordinated in the second half of the clause. You have been refuted ONCE AGAIN.

Your arguments have exactly zero credibility or intelligent thought behind them. Islam is clearly a violation of the Constitution's Supremacy Clause (Article 6, Section 2) + it violates US Code 2384 (Seditious Conspiracy) simply because it proclaims itself to be supreme over the constitution (that's not allowed) and because it commits the crimes indicated in the federal statute :

    Seditious conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 2384) is a crime under US law.
"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined or imprisoned not less than 20 years, or both."

How Islam could be banned is by closed down all mosques and converting them into homeless shelters, banning the sale or distribution of the Koran and books and videos promoting Islam, as well as banning all Islamic discrimination against American citizens such as the Islamic rule at Rising Star Inc. which fired Lina Morales for bringing a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich to work, and the taxidrivers who discriminated against blind people with dogs, anyone with dogs and people carrying alcoholic beverages (these are just a few examples). Also of course judicial rulings based on Sharia law would have to be illegal (as they already are, but judges would need to abide by that).
Universities could not spend tuition money on Islamic footwashing basins and prayer rooms and rugs, Muslims could not pray in streets blocking traffic, and would need to be ticketed for parking next to No Parking signs and mayors who fail to enforce these laws to accomodate Muslims (like Bloomberg in New York) should be fired, if not jailed.

Not hardly. You don't understand the Supremacy Clause entirely. Your statement "NOTHING MORE" is FALSE ! You completely ignored the words "...anything in the Constitution...notwithstanding". This says that the Supremacy Clause is the supreme part of the Constitution, and all other parts of the Constitution itself are subordinate to it - that includes freedom of religion. In other words, yes, you have your freedom of religion, but NOT when the exercise of that religion causes others to not be able to exercise their freedom of religion (as is the case with the so intolerant Islam) and not when the religion (or whatever) proclaims itself to be supreme over the Constitution. Problem with Islam is it does just that. Get it ?

Also Islam is not a religion, it is nothing but a political ideology masquerading as a religion, whose founders set it up that way to shield themselves from the severe criticism they knew they were sure to get, as a result of the world's greatest con artist (Mo the pedophile) advocating and demanding all the horrendous things of Islam. You, et al, just happen to be falling for the con, that's all.

"you can't ban/outlaw what is in peoples heads and hearts" ? Sure you can. There's lots of things that are in people heads and hearts, many of which are parts of the Koran and are already banned by law - wife beating, murder, pedophilia, slavery, rape, etc. And it's not a "religion".

You're not a big fan of the truth, are you? You used more words inthat post than just Bingo! You also used all the words in the billboard > "I did WHAT with my sister" ? And the words on the bottle of Jack Daniels including "Tennessee".

You were hurling a bigoted remark against American southerners, and you're too much of a gutless coward to stand up straight and tall like a man, and admit it, you BIGOT.

    speaking of zero credibility.

Exactly no one other than yourself and a few scared followers agrees with you. The law is clear to everyone who has read the Constitution. Islam is a religion and it is protected by our Bill of Rights.

I have to admit- it is pretty gutsy to openly advocate not only ending Freedom of Religion in America, but also open government Censorship of what you are calling political ideas- and of course the government confiscation of private property, based solely upon the owners beliefs.

I will say it again- these ideas are Un-American in the extreme. And your ideas show that you are willing to trash any of the ideals of our Constitution- and indeed our Declaration of Independence- to further your agenda.

The haters in the 20th century tried the same thing against the Catholics and the Jews. And luckily our Constitution largely protected all of us from this kind of prejudice and abuse.

I think you are missing the point. No law is going to change someones belief. If nothing else, outlawing it makes socially unexceptable ideas more solid in the mind of the believer... as in us against them type mentality.

All that stuff you noted is already outlawed. I hope you know that?

Although I am not an expert on the Islamic faith or derivitives thereof, I would guess that there are interpretations as varied as those of the Christian faith... some of which I think are wrong.. yet I wouldn't think it was a good idea to outlaw Christians. I think David Koresh and that koolaid guy were both Christians too?
If anything, outlawing something usually drives its' most dangerous members underground where we can't try and prevent something bad from happening. As long as religious radicals keep spouting their nonsense, we know who and where they are and what they are thinking.

Nor is it a religion because the BBC says so. Or ABC, or NBC, or any other media loudmouths. If these media outlets had a grain of credibility, they would report the thousands of instances of Islamization that have been going on all over Europe and North America, over the past 20-30 years, instead of keeping their blackouts on this news, and hiding under their desks from the threat of lawsuits from CAIR, ISNA, and other Muslim Brotherhood groups. And then all the people who are too lazy to pick up a protectionist book, or too programmed against them, would have a clue about this issue.

There are NOT different interpretations about certain objectionable suras of the Koran. The "interpreation" notion is a classic Islamapologist defense tactic which we've all heard 1000 times over. No, there is no interpretations of Sura 4:34. It means wife-beating. There is no other translation, or interpretation, or any way to get around it. Likewise, 9:123 means kill "infidels who dwell around you. Not who are attacking you, Not who are threatening you. But just who live near you. That's the sura.

As for laws changing peoples beliefs, well, if there were no mosques, no Korans, no books or DVDs promoting Islam, no Eid al-Adha celebrations, etc. Slowly, Islam would die out as young kids growing up without it would ignore it and assimilate to American culture. Muslims thinking about immigrating here would reconsider.

I suspect many, if not most, if not all of these looneytune Islamapologists posting here are Muslims themselves, who are too weak to stand up tall like Zuddhi Jasser and the Muslim reformers in the Muslim reform groups and just, once and for all, tell it like it is. That the Koran was written by a lying criminal creep, who wanted everything his own way, and who had leadership and con jobbing abilities, and the only thing that has kept this madness going for so long is the genocidal-homicidal nature of the lunatics spreading it.

Denial, agenda, or dumb as a box of rocks. So you think the Constitution and its Supremacy Clause allows Islam to be supreme over it. HA HA HA ! That's the funny part. And only Islam huh ? LOL. Oh man, this is too funny. It's a funny thing about Muslims. They think they can pull anything off. I guess that's what happens after experiencing 20 years of lamebrain, Islamapologist, looney, Muslim ass-kissing.

"If a Muslim kills other people, he is just doing what his religion has told him to do!" Yeah, and therein lies the danger of Islam, and why it, Islam, is to blame for all the killing, not entirely, the individuals who carry out the crimes.

Yeah, but we are talking about supremacy, not treaties. So the part of the Clause that deals with things being supreme (including other parts of the Constitution itself, like 1st Amendment) is what is at issue here. Get it ?

Wow, all your credibility just went down the toilet with your ignorant slur. Usually, anyone calling some one else that term has an IQ much lower than those they are trying to denigrate by calling them mentally challenged. You need to apologize to us all and then not do it again. I am embarrassed for you.

NONSENSE ! Christianity was founded by Jesus Christ, whose every word was that of love and peace. Islam is what was founded on barbarity by a worthless criminal who wrote a criminal book (the Koran), lied that it came from God, and as a result million of uncivilized, barbaric savages called Muslims believe in this utter nonsense. MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!

No you're not ! Good reasoning based on reliable sources is a much better way to gain strength in a political forum than attempting to villainize/demonize your opponent using whatever you pathetically, desperately can come up with, and pretend to be all sanctimonious about it. Hope this bring you back to earth.

SIGH - everyone was a pedo back then according to your standards.

During Prohibition here in CHRISTIAN AMERICA, women also sought to raise the age of consent from TEN. TEN! And the time of Muhammad was hundrds of years before that - get a grip!

You haven't presented any relaible sources to justify your fear and hatred of Muslims. Nor have I seen any posts from you regarding the matter that exercize good reasoning skills....in your posts, I just see a lot of paranoia, misinformation, and foundationless foregone conclusions.

No, they're not in the name of Christianity, because Christianity doesn't approve of what they do. What they do, they do only in the name of the Lord's Resistance Army, not in the name of Christianity. In contrast, when Muslims kill, rape, beat wives, molest kids, etc. they ARE doing it in conformance with Islam (the Koran). Get it ?

As for comparing Christianity to Islam, this thread is about Islam, not Christianity. If you want to talk about Christianity, how about you find your way to the NEW THREAD button ? and talk about it all you like.
