    At least they all agree that when a man rapes a young girl it is the girl that goes to jail if she insists on bringing shame to her family instead of killing herself.

    I just don't understand young islamo girls these days. I bet her poor father is the laughing stock of his whole tribe.

    It reminds me of the un-devout and disrespectful girl in Iraq. Her father and brother were caught stealing goats so they traded the young girl to the owners of the goats. Several of the goat owner's men raped her for a few hours and when they left her be she went home to ask her father how he could do that to her. Being a cowardly goat thieves the father couldn't kill the girl but reminded her that he would have to kill her if she didn't do the right thing and spare the family the disgrace of her having sex out of wedlock. She ; not respecting the family and questioning islam, went to some christians who sent her to the US to save her life.

    Proof of zina(adultery) can only be proven if the accused makes a confession of guilt OR if there are 4 male Muslim eye-witnesses... Why are DNA tests not allowed as evidence of rape?

    DNA tests don't prove whether a rape has taken place, they just prove whether sex has taken place.

    They atleast proof there has been sex, if you can add some bodily injuries you have a pretty decent case.
