    And yes I know of all the court cases. No need to rehash them here.

    Or tell me since I know them I should just accept them.

    Or tell me if I knew anything about case law, I would understand.

    I get it.



    I also know this. The courts keep hearing the cases. Frivolous or not.

    Theoritically Hitler could have run for USA president too. (If he happened to be born in Florida).

    Now about that natural born question... Thats the debate.

    Obama's mother was a US citizen from birth..

    His father was a subject of British East Africa and he was in the US on a student visa so that makes Papa Obama under the jurisdiction of the US.

    There is no question that he is a natural born US citizen.

    When anyone is in the US, they are subject to US jurisdiction.

    And as you were shown back then there are certain provisions that came into play because being a citizen wasn't enough, she had to have live here, within our borders under certain stipulations too.

    You now they guy is getting what he desires, he should have snuffed it out from the getgo and authorize the release of ALL his birth records and had them, the originals laid out for the press to come and view. He has yet to do that you know.
