Oh, been stalking---pinched nerve, pinched nerve....hot showers....gentle and slooooowwww stretches sometimes helped me.

If you can (legally) get your hands on some muscle relaxers or (any way) get your hands on some :weed:...that often helped me.....

Mine wasn't cancer it was just a sudden "kablooey" happening.
How much synthetic hormone ya on if ya don't mind me asking?
I'm on 137mcgs a day of synthroid. :nod:
My thyroid went into overdrive a few years back and my numbers were literally near about 3 times higher than the upper numbers were supposed to be. (had three different endo docs tell me, "we've never SEEN numbers that high." Comforting that.)

Gave me radiated iodine and killed that thyroid sucker flat!

So glad it wasn't cancerous though, yes indeedy I am and was!

i have been using tiger balm patches, they work but only for a bit. i have been sitting here crying. the only other thing that helps is putting my arm on my head....hows that for avisual? thanks though. id go to th clinic but its 80 bux. sigh, guess ill suffer.

Have you tried a heating pad? Beyond that I'd suggest a visit to your local urgent care clinic for a proper exam and diagnosis. Sorry that I can't be of more help Tex.
