Yeah, nothing spells legal like a blanket pardon promised.

    Got it.

So you really want to criminalize legal protests now? Fascinating.

If the prez promised a blanket pardon, then that means illegal activity was planned.

We don't have to criminalize that which already illegal.

A detail which is apparently lost on you.

No, some people would like to criminalize ILLEGAL activity arising from protests, including riots, property damage, theft and injuring others.
I seem to remember most on this board were against "bad behavior" during protests, why the change of heart? Oh, it's Trump supporters..........

If they planned to delay congress's constitutional certification process ( where they count the votes by states ) that is a seditious conspiracy.

    Violence or no violence.

We already know that trump was deep into the efforts to overturn the election and that his stooges would follow their seditious leader.
The cult will continue to deny the details that will keep coming out but I wish the authorities would quit pussyfooting around and put these criminals in jail, from trump on down.

You can imagine anything you want but people that are not so immersed in partisan goofiness understand it’s been a witch hunt from 2016.

Like Al Gore did? Of course if a democrat does it, that is fine but whoa, if Trump does it, it's a crime.

Yeah, and I could present you a pile of poop on a plate and you would tell me it's cottage cheese.

    Later.

You apparently believe every pile of poop you post. You run with unverified poop all the time like the sloppy Rolling Stone article.

"1/6 Organizers Say They Participated in ‘Dozens’ of Planning Meetings With WH & members of Congress"

this is Trump's problem, he should have just kept a hand off approach, not got involved

and the fact that republican in Congress were also involved, sad!

This is turning out to be a very serious criminal case. That aside, the defamation suit is almost certain to go against Trump.

The Rolling Stone article talks about the protest at the Ellipse, not the Capitol, and of course buried at the end of the article but they do not expect their readers to read with anything close to a critical eye so we get to watch the left again run with anonymous source allegations and sloppy reporting as if they are fact.

So now organizing legal rallies and protests are criminal? Why am I not surprised the left runs with that?

What is this like, the 6th post on this same 1/6 meeting. It's like a Gilligan's Island reruns now

That was what was organized, the rally at the Ellipse and what the sloppy article is actually talking about.

So all the 'peaceful protests' across the nation that resulted in death and destruction that the left defended were all guilty of crimes? Fascinating.
