18%-20% of illegal immigrants coming into US have COVID-19

The need to quarantine immigrants entering the U.S. used to be clearly understood. Today under the Biden administration the policy seems to be “To he** with it, let millions of illegal immigrants in untested, disperse them around the country as fast as possible, and pretend it doesn’t matter if they’re diseased.”

“Over 20 percent of illegal immigrant unaccompanied minors and 18 percent of family units who recently crossed the U.S.-Mexico border have tested positive for COVID-19 prior to being released from U.S. Customs and Border Protection custody over the last several weeks, according to a Department of Homeland Security document prepared for President Joe Biden and reviewed by NBC News Saturday.

The document also said some flights being used to deport illegal immigrants had over 25 percent of the passengers test positive before leaving, forcing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to remove the sick illegal immigrants and place them in quarantine.


“In the last 2-3 weeks, the percent positivity rates among all demographics has increased,” the document says.

I agree with the central theme of your post, put am skeptical of the estimate of 20 percent. It is an estimate only, a Wild Ass Guess, WAG as we used to say in the Army.

It is well known and documented that the PCR tests are being grossly abused in this Scamdemic. If there is an actual virus somewhere, all indications are it is no worse than the flu virus.

It seems to me we should be more concerned about other diseases being delivered by the hordes of immigrants, more serious diseases like TB and bacterial infections.

 

Yeah, they are estimates, but I don't know why the DHS would want to overestimate these figures. Wouldn't they want to be conservative?

 

DHS is just another government agency, actually conceived in the deception of 911.

Their official function is to peddle fear, grope people in the airline terminal, and promote various official narratives.

More simply put, their mission IS NOT to protect any citizen from anything.

As you can see, they are only being tested when they leave the facility or are about to do so, and the rising infection numbers are attributed to the crowded facilities themselves, not people bringing the virus in with them when they arrive. Also significant, testing ensures that they do not simply go free in the U.S. with a case of COVID-19, so they are not a threat to the general population.
