The 4th leading cause of death every year, combined with all the strokes and heart attacks they're calling "covid" related because they sneezed before their heart attack.

We actually do have a lot more snowbirds this summer. It seems some never went home. (I wouldn't have gone home to NY in April, either.) The traffic should be lighter at this point in the year, and it's just not. Usually we get a respite, approximately Easter through Thanksgiving. We had one this year, but it was due to shutdown. Once we opened everything up, traffic went back to its' usual winter load.

Not at all, the deaths here are very low compared to other states.

Completely irrelevant to my point. Even still, you are wrong. We are in 5th place in most number of deaths, behind New York, New Jersey, California & Texas.

The deaths OVER expected (running 5-year average of deaths from all causes) is about 150,000, so far, this year.

Hey 8765 is nothing compared to other causes, get a clue.

As I said get a clue.

Until then what you are posting is just irrelevant BS.

covidtracking.com is not false information. You had 277 deaths reported - yesterday.

The guy who died in the car crash is not counted on the covid-19 roles. The conspiracy nutjobs found a mistake and have amplified that mistake to be some sort of proof.

There is no proof that a substantial number of deaths are misappropriated to covid-19.

It's completely relevant. I get that it doesn't confirm your narrative. You are free to dismiss it so you can keep your blinders on. Those who want to know what's going on, find it highly relevant.

It's like saying your kid had 50 more suspensions form school this year, compared to last year, but it doesn't indicate any sort of issue.

Florida is now the 2nd hardest hit State of the country - from a virus that you said would not impact America any worse than South Korea because South Korea was so close to China. Florida has watched approximately 25x more people die from Covid-19 as compared against South Korea, despite the fact that Florida has half the population.

Has this virus impacted you personally vman?

Actually I think Fauci said that.

And you said he's always right so.

Good news is they've cured pneumonia deaths almost completely this year.

    Wonder how they did that.

You should see me when I mow my 2.75 acres. Jeans, long sleeve shirt, neck gaiter, boonie hat, sunglasses, ear protection. Between the sun, the gas fumes, and all the lawn dust its a real hazard.

Right which is more or less what I was otherwise saying. Due to the early scheming we now get to see res vs non-res data (even if at first non-res was omitted). Relative to the postI was replying to who thought FL hospitals were being filled by non-residents as we can see such persons make up a small percentage. So not false but rather misunderstood.

That was definitely you and it was a dumb thing to say even then. Has Covid-19 affected you personally?

Covid-19 causes pneumonia by the way.

Covid-19 causes heart attacks, cancer, headaches, and makes you lose your keys too.

It's the most deadly thing in history.

Covidtracking is false information, the core source of information is the Florida Department of Health, Division of Disease Control and Health Protection, if the data is not there it is made up and is false.

This has already been pointed out to you, yet you continue to proffer false information with no root source of where it came from.

    Get a clue.

Heart attacks and headaches, yes, because it (or more specifically your immune response to the virus) causes inflammation to the blood vessels. Cancer may even get linked to Covid-19 eventually but that will take years to analyze.

The lose your keys bit is a dumb troll statement. As is claiming that it is most deadly in history. Please stop.

    Has Covid-19 affected you personally?

Covidtracking.com uses the raw data from the FDOH website, but they combine residents and non-residents.

Another question - how accurately does the Covidtracking.com tracker match the Florida Death numbers from more than 2-3 weeks ago?

Sure. I mean lower respiratory deaths, now all lumped together as "covid", have only been the 4th leading cause of death in the country for a while now.

I know a few people who have "tested positive" that never exhibited any symptoms. The closest person I know who has died from it was a friends relative who had diabetes, heart disease, weighed 400 lbs, was 58, and had a stroke. I'm told his death was "covid related".

If they do not massage the data to prove a point it should match, but I doubt it does, Covidtracking.com has a political reason for massaging the data, as such they should be ignored.

If one is too stupid to do their own math of the numbers provided by the FLDOH, they are too stupid to comment on the issue.

The Florida Department of Health reports that there are 8,765 deaths - included 212 Florida Residents since Yesterday.

Covidtracking.com, which uses the same data, but was last updated about one hour ago, says that Florida has seen 8,685 deaths.

What were you saying about doing the math and being stupid?
